Make your body do amazing things. Then be amazed.

To truly love your body start small. Go shopping.

If you want to learn to love your body you should really think what you’re putting in it. Be honest with yourself but also don’t be too harsh. It’s a trap that will make you comfort-eat later. If there is too much sugar and junk food in your diet go to the store and make some changes. Opt for kale or sweet potato chips instead of regular ones or make them out of any other vegetable you’ll find in your fridge. Swap sweet yogurt for plain Greek yogurt and frozen berries. Voila, you’re cutting sugar and calories, thus you’re probably losing weight.

Also treat yourself to some delectable foods you don’t have on a daily basis. It could be expensive chocolate or other stuff you like. You won’t indulge as much but you also won’t be tempted by cheaper foods you can consume in bigger amounts.

Once you made some changes you’ll feel better. Clean eating can make a huge difference but those back pains won’t go away themselves. You could attend an acupuncturist but good excercise can also help and fast. It can also bring you other numerous benefits and it doesn’t have to be only about appearance and body image. Find a workout you’ll want to do and stick to it. You might even find a new hobby in it and meet many new interesting people.

Get yourself into a good spa salon. Since long shower or bath can be easily interrupted at home at the salon you’ll have all the time in the world to relax and enjoy a good massage, srub and a face treatment.

Treat yourself to some high end cosmetics. Be it self tanner or a new compact powder, these things can really help you feel more confident.

Finally, dress up that body of yours. Find an outfit that makes you look and feel good and buy it. Wear it anywhere and feel all the confidence in the world.
