    Is jogging the best way to tone up. Maybe. If you just want to lose those final pounds then jogging is good

    However it is scientifically proven that if you want to lose weight or rather want to lose fat then you need to go for fast intensive sprints. That’s what I do and I have lost 4 inches off my waistline

    Actually I am now into swimming and this really removes the fat around your body. Not swimming length after length but fast intensive swimming.

    The more you are panting and out of breath from the fast intensive exercise you have done the more effect this has to your fat loss burn
