Gwyneth says that she cut herself some time to working out while her kids were crawling near her. So if you really want a lean figure, just try to find some time and workout.

Gwyneth Paltrow doesn’t count calories, by the way. She decided that she’d instead workout everyday and try eating only fresh and oragnic food because she believes that when you eat organic food you look like it. Well said.

Gwyneth Paltrow’s workout routine includes resistance-band work, squatting, lifting light weights (3 lbs), cardio dance aerobics and lots of leg exercises. Gwyneth also trains in the heat and doesn’t count reps. Sounds hard? Well, it is! Paltrow admits that shedding baby weight was the hardest thing for her to do. But she did it, so can you.

30-minute-dance aerobics a day and you will see the results. But Gwyneth Platrow’s workout lasts for two hours, 6 times a week. Some fitness experts don’t recommend to have such long workout not to lose muscle tone and prevent weight gain and stress.

Gwyneth Paltrow’s workout routine changes every 10-12 days to add variety and involve more different muscles. Tracy Anderson, by the way, discourages women to lift more than 3 pounds, which is also disputable. Anyway, when Paltrow can’t get too the gym, which is equipped with some new things the industry haven’t seen before like cubs and elastic bands, she exercise in her hotel room with Anderson’s DVD.
