Jillian Michaels Covers Another Shape Magazine Issue

Jillian Michaels has done it again. The “Biggest Loser” coach shows her tone body in a sun yellow bikini looking fit as always on the July/August 2013 cover of Shape. Previously Michaels appeared in the September 2012 issue of the magazine. The star coach shared about motherhood, about staying slim on vacation, and in general.

The summer season is here and some of us are only packing bags to exotic or familiar yet loved destinations. The real struggle on vacation is to stand the temptation of trying all the different foods and unfamiliar cuisines. Jillian Michaels’ advice?

You can have chicken-fried steak or whatever splurge food you’re craving 20 percent of the time, but the other 80, you’ve got to make the better choice.

My advice? Stay away from booze. It is packed with calories and it’s no good for your health anyway. Savor that glass of wine with a piece of cheese during the evening and if you don’t eat much of what Jillian describes above during the day you’ll be fine.

Another great advice to women who are trying to lose weight the star coach gives is to ‘eat less food, move more often, eat better quality food, find something you love to do when it comes to fitness and do more of it’. Simple yet effetive.

Michaels who has her own fitness programs on DVDs you can use to get in shape says that the Biggest Looser is ‘tough’ but when it’s all over it’s truly rewarding. With her audience Michaels wants to create awareness about that they are ‘living below their potential’ and give people skills and tools to transform their lives. Having had struggled with her own weight as a teenager Michaels definitely knows what she’s talking about.
