There are plenty of anti-cellulite treatment ways. Aroma therapy is the pleasant one!
In fact you should take 5 different essential oils for an aroma mix. Try to balance the mixture adding venous blood circulation improving oils, lymphatic liquid outflow improving oils, contributory of liquid accumulation & regenerated protein fiber removal oils and fat release oils if necessary. Physicians also recommend adding relaxation & stress off oils to the mix.
Take clean glass pot and put no more than 0.07 oz of the oils. Add the avellan oil so that the total amount of the aroma mixture is 3.5 oz. Stir the mix.
Anti – Cellulite treatment volatile oils list:
Venous blood circulation improving oils:
- Cupressus sempervirens (evergreen cypress) – the use of this oil is contra-indicated if there’re some breasts disorders
- Juniperus Mexicana (mountain cedar)
- Juniperus virginiana (cedar)
- Melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree)
- Valeriana wallichi (valerian)
- Cusparia trifoliate (cusparia)
Lymphatic drainage improving oils:
- Santalus album (sandalwood)
- Cusparia trifoliata (cusparia)
- Cedrus atlantica (Atlantic cedar) – the use of this oil is contra-indicated if you are pregnant
- Cedrus deodara (Himalayan cedar) – the use of this oil is contra-indicated if you are pregnant
Liquid accumulation & regenerated protein fiber removal oils:
- Helichrysum italicum (Italian immortelle)
- Juniperus mexicana (mountain cedar)
- Melaleuca cajeputii (cajeputii)
- Melaleuca quinquenervia (cajeputii)
Lipolytic oils (fat release):
(All the oils from this group is contra-indicated if you are pregnant):
- Geranium macrorrhizum (big-root crane’s-bill)
- Cupressus arizonica (Arizona cypress)
- Salvia officinalis (garden sage)
- Cedrus atlantica (Atlantic cedar)
- Cedrus deodara (Himalayan cedar)
- Citrus limon (lemon)
- Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary)
Here is one of the examples of the essential oils’ anti-cellulite mixture:
You need 6 oils. Apply the following mix on the cellulite affected areas of the body 2-3 time a day. Rub it into your skin bottom-up. The mixture is contra-indicated if you are pregnant or have some breasts’ disorders.
- Volatile oil – Cupressus sempervirens (evergreen cypress) – 0.07 oz
- Volatile oil – Citrus limon (lemon) – 0.07 oz
- Volatile oil – Cedrus atlantica (Atlantic cedar) – 0.07 oz
- Volatile oil – Salvia officinalis (garden sage) – 0.07 oz
- Volatile oil – Eucaluptus citriodora (eucalyptus) – 0.07 oz
- Volatile oil – Corylus avellana (avellan) – 0.07 oz
