In fact you should take 5 different essential oils for an aroma mix. Try to balance the mixture adding venous blood circulation improving oils, lymphatic liquid outflow improving oils, contributory of liquid accumulation & regenerated protein fiber removal oils and fat release oils if necessary. Take clean glass pot and put no more than 0.07 oz of the oils. Add the avellan oil so that the total amount of the aroma mixture is 3.5 oz. Stir the mix.

• Cedrus deodara (Himalayan cedar) – the use of this oil is contra-indicated if you are pregnant

Liquid accumulation & regenerated protein fiber removal oils:

• Helichrysum italicum (Italian immortelle)
• Juniperus mexicana (mountain cedar)
• Melaleuca cajeputii (cajeputii)
• Melaleuca quinquenervia (cajeputii)

Lipolytic oils (fat release):

You need 6 oils. Apply the following mix on the cellulite affected areas of the body 2-3 time a day. Rub it into your skin bottom-up. The mixture is contra-indicated if you are pregnant or have some breasts’ disorders.

   i love all kinds of oil. they make me relaxed or enegretic, happy or sad.. Their effect can be compared to nothing!
