Secrets to Voluptuous Curves
We know we look up to celebrities cause they’re always in a spotlight so we get the chance to seem them practice beauty trends and rules, break them or create new beauty standards. Sometimes it’s great and sometimes it’s bad but it a social phenomenon that takes place in the world we live in. Voluptuous stars like Jennifer Lopez and Kim Kardashian have showed the skinny-figure-obsessed world and fashion industry that curves are sexy and feminine and are close to the image of a ‘real woman’. While some women are still struggling with ‘excess’ weight others are trying to put on a couple of kilos. Here are some secrets to voluptuous curves.
Gaining weight is the easiest way to become curvy but the fat will give you bulges in unwanted places like tummy and in the area above the knees. So weight gain does not give exactly those results you are probably going for. There’s a trick to that. Build muscles by eating protein and exercising. Muscles can be toned and shaped so you will be able to get a flat tummy and a curvy butt.
I bet you thought you don’t need to exercise to have that figure. Well, in order to enhance the right places like butt, thighs and bust but still stay toned and shaped you will need to do lunges, squats and side steps to make those glutes and legs working. For bust do push ups and also train your arms.
In order to accentuate your waistline tone it up with a hula hoop. If you have a small bust you can enhance it visually with the clothes.
Shape is of Importance Not Weight
It doesn’t matter how much you weigh. You need to make sure that your muscles are shapely and toned thus you really need to keep protein levels high enough to let muscles build and recover after the workout. Also pay attention to the body proportions. These depend on the body type – pear, apple, inverted triangle, rectangle and hourglass. Hourglass is considered to be an ‘ideal’ female body type but you can correct your body proportions with the right clothes and exercise.
