The catwalk model Anja Rubik says that yoga is the kind of sport for her mind, soul and body that helps her to maintain her life regime.
The 26-year-old beauty who has taken to the catwalk for Stella McCartney, Viktor + Rolf and Jean Paul Gaultier in the past, was recently announced as the new face of Nintendo’s Wii Yoga.
She said:
“I’ve been practicing yoga for three years. My job involves a lot of sitting on airplanes and a lot of walking in high heels! I find yoga helps with both. It can also do amazing things physically; it keeps me fit and helps my balance and focus.”
Anja recently shot a campaign for Fendi with designer and photographer Karl Lagerfeld, as well as campaigns for H+M and Chloe. And now she is about to have some time with her family during the festive period.
She said Vogue.com:
“I will have some time off at Christmas – we’ll have a really traditional celebration with the family.”
She is young and gorgeous, isn’t she?
