After holidays weight results
So, what is the result of not gaining the weight after the holidays?
Probably you should know the following calculation: 1 holiday – 2 excess kilos and now multiply it by the number of holidays we have per year! Really frightening!
One of the main mistakes of us is the reducing of the food dramatically. Imagine, our organism was under the great stress “thanks” to the holidays’ hearty meals. And when we try to loose the weight by not eating anything it thrusts your tender bodies under the stress even harder.
If you are inclined to corpulence and you don’t follow any diet, you have nothing to worry about, because your ordinary weight would back soon. Just let your organism free from the excess liquid and “waste products” so to say.
You can also practice some fasting days.
Approximate scheme: 1 apple day, 2 days of your standard food intake (try to keep your usual ration just like you did before the holidays), then 1 salt-free-rice day, then 3 days of the ordinary ration again. After these 7 days you’ll feel fresh and renewed.
Restore your weight with one or two hours of walking a day and meal moderating. Get back to the gym!
