A smoking woman has become an everyday occurrence. Statistic figures are frightening! Tobacco smoking women do harm their own health and the health of their children as well.

    Surprises for Smoking Woman

There are different motives causing smoking – someone try to overcome stress, someone smokes to keep the company, others draw inspiration from cigarettes. However, regardless of the reason that impelled women to start smoking, each of tobacco victims poison their organism and decrease the odds on being a healthy wife and mother.

Female organism is biologically stronger than male’s one, but smoking harms women much harder. We (I mean women) have smaller lungs volume, the speed of metabolic processes is higher thus the poisoning process goes faster.

    Smoking and beauty

Skin is the first pointer of the inveterate she-smoker.

What is smoking? It’s inhalation of preparation smoke (usually of vegetable origin), smouldering flow breathing into the air and aiming to saturate the organism with active substances containing in them by their sublimation and further suction into the lungs and breathing passages.

We know that many factors can contribute to ruining our teeth. They are well-known: cigarettes, coffee and red wine make out teeth look yellowish and unhealthy; chewing hard things like pens or pencils can wear away or even break the enamel; eating candy and other sweet things give us cavities.

But there are some things which are harmful as much or even more but you might not be aware of their impact at all.

    white wine

    White wine

Yes, white wine isn’t good for your teeth, to be precise to their color. A recent study has revealed that white wine can put people at risk for tooth staining.

The problem is that the tannins and acids in the white wine roughen the surface of the teeth. The result is the porous enamel that allows the teeth to absorb color.

So, if you drink white wine at dinner, and then have coffee, for example, you run the risk of having your teeth stained.

Of course white wine isn’t as dangerous for teeth as red wine but you should know it isn’t safe either.

Only people with uneven teeth can understand how this device is important.

The new invention called Celerect promises to halve the time corrective braces need to be worn due to vibration.

The vibrating device placed into the mouth for a few minutes each day speeds up bone growth around the base of the tooth this way helping to anchor the tooth in its new position.

    celerect device

According to statistics around 8 per cent of 12-year-olds and 14 per cent of 15-year-olds have to wear braces to correct misaligned teeth or tooth overcrowding. Besides, the number of adults wearing braces is increasing.

Braces really help to make the teeth look better. This is how they work. The teeth are held in place in the jawbone by the periodontal ligament, a series of connective tissues around the root of each tooth. Braces push and compress this periodontal ligament – this loosens the teeth and, as time passes, stimulates new bone to grow, supporting the teeth in their new position.

Braces are efficient, but this process usually takes a long time – two years on average. And costs might also go up to thousands.

Every woman has her own Never-do list of the procedures in a beauty salon – exotic pack, creative hairdo, nail build-up, tooth whitening, piercing and so on. Some of you don’t have the courage to make an eyebrow permanent makeup and others don’t dare for bikini area epilation.

Salon Procedures That We Never Agree To

In spite of all sensible arguments and reasoning you are still afraid. But cosmetologists assure us that the vast majority of our fears arise because we don’t have reliable information and trust widespread myths. But if to sort out thoroughly, there is absolutely nothing to be scared of.

    Bikini Area Epilation

What are we afraid of: first of all it’s somehow uncomfortable and shameful. Then, they say, that the skin at this zone is extremely sensitive and there are a lot of nerve endings that leads to the painful procedure.

    Bikini Area Epilation

Why you shouldn’t be afraid of it: everything depends on the method of epilation. No doubts that the most painful one (but the most effective) is electro epilation (destruction of the hair with the help of electrode that affects hair bulb). Laser therapy is less painful but uncomfortable anyway. However, the up-to-date techniques include cooling that helps to reduce pain.

Photoepilation do causes almost no discomfort.

Wax epilation goes well with the most desperate cowards. The speech is about aromawaxes and aromatars.

Charming woman is always a radiating one! But there also must be a radiating smile in this case! I think you agree with me that it’s not the least of the factors. Unfortunately some of women can’t boast a perfect smile. It can happen firstly because of the yellowish teeth tint by nature. Tooth color can hardly stand against such influences as food and drinks you take: tea, coffee, chocolate, great variety of food colouring agents. I don’t mention smoking that severely affects the tooth hues.

    Have a Beaming Smile

So, if you’re not satisfied with your teeth color, there’re 2 ways of whitening them: homemade and salon. But they both are united by the hydrogen peroxide that is used at the whitening procedure.

Home whitening can be realized by the whitening toothpastes. There are plenty of them on the market now. Their principle is all the same – they help to whiten a bit (not completely) and lessen the yellowy tint caused by regular use of tea and coffee. There are also can the tooth gels to help with it. But to apply the special gel, read the manual instruction carefully, because some of them should be put for 20-30 minutes and others for several hours.

Professional whitening is much more effective and differs by the high concentration of the operative substances. That’s why it’s better to visit a specialist.

There are 4 professional tooth whitening methods:

Everyone wants to have healthy and sparkling teeth. Beaming smile can work miracles! Every sensible person cares about his teeth and gums according to his lights and knowledge. But this knowledge is very often superficial or even wrong some times.

    Woman Brushing Teeth

Wrong care notions lead to the range of the unpleasant consequences beginning from the bad breath and dark enamel color to serious teeth diseases – caries, periodontitis and others.

That is why is so important to consult a dentist and create the constructive oral cavity hygiene products.

Nevertheless I think that it’s much better to know about the personal hygiene points because we call the doctor when there’s no other way left. above all we choose the health care remedies by ourselves. We are usually guided by personal preferences when buying the soaps, shower gels, shampoos and other hygiene things. But oral cavity care is the remedy first of all.

It’s a matter of concern of the toothpaste uppermost, because the wrong choice can deteriorate the existing problems of teeth and gums fastening and cause new ones either.

    Healthy Teeth

Tooth past is a multicomponent mixture. Basal component of the paste is the abrasive agent that is able to remove the dental coat mechanically and to polish the enamel surface.

Let’s divided all the pastes into the hygienic and medicinal-prophylactic, for convenience. Hygienic pastes are the choice for those who don’t have any sort of oral cavity diseases: no caries, no inflammatory processes or dystrophic parodontosis.

Among medicinal-prophylactic toothpastes there are anti-inflammatory, anti – carious, saline, whitening toothpastes, ones for sensitive teeth, toothpastes including ferments and biological – active admixtures.

    Anti-Inflammatory

The kind of such toothpastes usually contains the herbs extracts: sage, St. John’s wort, peppermint, myrrh, green tea, coniferous plants (fir, pine, juniper) and many others. Aluminum hydrate is used as the abrasive agent.

Have you ever noticed people stepped back or turning their heads away when talking to you? One of the reasons can be your bad breath. No need to panic! This is the problem the word has been facing!

    Bad Breath

Bad breath is breath that has an unpleasant odor. It’s also known as halitosis. This problem can strike from time to time, or it can be long-lasting, depending on the cause.

Lot’s of bacteria live in the mouth, particularly on the back of the tongue. They are the primary causes of bad breath. The mouth’s warm, moist conditions are perfect for the growth of these bacteria.

    Halitosis

Some types of bad breath are considered to be absolutely normal. They usually are not health concerns, for instance – “morning mouth.” This occurs because of changes in your mouth while you sleep. During the day, saliva washes away decaying food and odors. The body makes less saliva at night. Your mouth becomes dry, and dead cells stick to your tongue and to the inside of your cheeks. When bacteria use these cells for food, they produce a foul odor.
