Do not rush and do not expect quick results. This <strong>post-pregnancy workout</strong> will help you get your before<strong> pregnancy </strong>shape.</p>

<h3>Sit-ups</h3>

<p>Lie with your back on the mat with your knees bent and heels lying flat on the floor. Put your hands behind your head or crossed on your chest. Tighten your abs like you are pulling your belly button to your spine. Rise slowly forward with your head first and then shoulder blades. Proceed until you are at ninety degrees. Slowly lie back but do not lie flat on the floor. Keep your torso a bit elevated. Repeat 3 to 5 times.</p>
<h3>Single-Leg Plank</h3>

<p>Get into push up position. Keeping your back and tailbone straight, tighten your abs and lift one leg few inches up and hold for five seconds. Switch legs. Repeat 5 to 8 times.</p>
<h3>Leg Circles</h3>

<p>Lie with your back on the mat with arms at the sides, palms face down. Pull your belly toward your spine and extend your up slightly outward. Inhale and start making circles with your leg. Circles should be small at the size of a dinner plate. Circle clockwise and back ten times. Switch legs.</p>
<h3>Kegel Exercises</h3>
<p>Kegel exercises are easy to do and they are vital in keeping your pelvic muscles toned and strong. In order to get to know which muscles to contract try stopping several times while urinating. The muscles that you use to stop urination are known as Kegel muscles.<br />
To perform Kegel exercises tighten your Kegel muscles as tight as possible and start releasing them slowly, relax to the count of ten. Repeat ten contractions three or four times a day.</p>
<p>Also, in order to lose weight cut back on sweets and reduce the meal proportions gradually. Use skin tightening products to help you maintain beautiful skin but be sure they are safe for nursing mothers.</p>

<p>Kendra Wilkinson got used to have fit body and was kind of shocked of how her body shape changed during pregnancy.</p>

<p>The blond beauty also added:</p>

<p>It’s been a long-term dream to add a daughter to the family as she once mentioned that she could transmit all her outfits to the girl.</p>
<p>The 35-year-old pop-singer-turned-designer predominantly eats fresh fruit and vegetables and steamed fish to maintain her slender figure but recently she has been munching on pasta dishes, brown bread, rice and meals which include potatoes.</p>
<p>A source told <em>The Sun</em> newspaper:</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;It&#8217;s no secret Victoria and David want a little girl. She&#8217;s been told by docs her diet, though healthy, would not give her the best chance of conceiving, particularly in her 30s. Instead she has been advised to eat a lot more carbs and fatten up. She has agreed and David is over the moon.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Victoria has agreed to overhaul her diet to conceive again, but she won&#8217;t be gorging on any foods which are too calorie laden.</p>
<p>The source added:</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;She draws the line at junk food.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>In February, it was reported that Victoria and David had agreed for the forth kid after her younger sister Louise announced she was expecting her fourth child.</p>

<p>The model and TV presenter insists she neither crash dieted nor hit the gym the moment she left the maternity ward last May.</p>

<p>Speaking to this week&#8217;s <em>Closer</em> magazine, she said:</p>
<blockquote><p>“I was so overwhelmed with being a mum I didn’t have time to think about my figure. I certainly didn’t crash diet &#8211; it’s so dangerous to starve yourself at a time when you need all your energy and strength to look after your baby, breastfeed and recover from giving birth.”</p></blockquote>
<p>She adds:</p>
<blockquote><p>“My friends warned me not to get on the scales after the birth, as you are still filled with fluid for a long time afterwards and it’s not your real weight, so it’s not fair to put yourself through that. Like any woman, I’m self-critical.”</p></blockquote>

<p>The 26-year-old former Miss Ireland, who has modelled since she was 15, admits there have been times when she’s actually wished she was curvier.</p>
<blockquote><p>“I am sensitive to the fact some other women struggle more than me to stay slim. When I was a teenager I used to envy my friends who had curvy bodies. I felt embarrassed about my skinny legs and hips.”</p></blockquote>
<p>Claudine ate healthily and stayed active throughout her pregnancy with her son.</p>
<p>She says:</p>
<blockquote><p>“My gynaecologist told me I shouldn’t eat for two, but nor did I calorie-count. I ate slightly bigger portions of my usual diet to stop myself being tired, and made lots of fruit smoothies – not for my figure, but to make sure my baby would be healthy.”</p></blockquote>
<p>She used the products preventing her skin from stretch marks:</p>

<blockquote><p>“I used a vat of Bio-Oil on my bump, which luckily warded off stretch marks.”</p></blockquote>
<p>She added:</p>
<blockquote><p>“When I first met Robbie at 18, I lived on junk food. I was young so I didn’t put on any weight, but being married to an athlete means I’ve learned to cook healthy meals. I stuck to this when I got pregnant. I sometimes have desserts and I have cake or chocolate every day, as life is for living – I just have a small portion.”</p></blockquote>

<p>After giving birth to her first child in a Dublin hospital in May last year, Claudine waited over six weeks before she started running short distances on the treadmill and doing gentle sit-ups twice a week.</p>
<blockquote><p>“Robbie advises me, although he never puts pressure on me to work out,” she says.</p></blockquote>
<p>Although Claudine is back in shape, she says her body isn’t entirely back to normal.</p>
<p>She laughs:</p>
<blockquote><p>“My hair still feels much flatter. Apparently, it gets thicker during pregnancy and then falls out after to make up for lost time!”</p></blockquote>
<p>She denies the fact that her husband can cheat on her and she also denies that her slim figure and glamorous looks are a bid to keep hold of her man, saying:</p>
<blockquote><p>“I make an effort because I like to feel good. It’s not to compete with the other girls. Robbie actually prefers me with no make-up and dressed down in Ugg boots and jeans!”</p></blockquote>
<p>Coming back to her career, Claudine has put having another baby on hold.</p>
<p>She says:</p>
<blockquote><p>“Robbie wants a huge family, but while I love being a mum and adore my baby, I’d like to wait and just enjoy being me again for a while.”</p></blockquote>

<p>Hosting the Bravo’s hair-styling show Shear Genius she shares the tips for new moms’ hair style:</p>
<blockquote><p>“Do not cut the hair,” the 28-year-old model says. “When you first have a baby and you’re pregnant, you’re hormonal and you’re going through all these changes. Your body’s not back to where it needs to be. The last thing you need if you have long hair is to have short hair. The last thing you need is to deal with something new. I would say to keep what you have and try to make the best of it. If you want to change your color, go for it, but don’t do anything dramatic. You don’t need anything drastic and dramatic after you go through something like that.”</p></blockquote>
<p>She talks on her fashion tips for body after baby:</p>
<blockquote><p>“Don’t try to do anything crazy,” she says. “Try to keep it basic. After you have a baby, you still have a little belly. Things are not back to normal yet. It takes some time for your body to go back to normal, so the flowy stuff and the layers really, really help, but also we’ve got Spanx.”</p></blockquote>

<blockquote><p>“I just found out I was pregnant,” she says. “I was actually sick during the whole time shooting, and I couldn’t tell anybody. People were like ‘Why is she drinking so much Club Soda on the set?’. And clothes started to not fit anymore. They were like, ‘What’s going on here?’ ”</p></blockquote>
<p>She added:</p>
<blockquote><p>“I couldn’t tell anybody. And it definitely did get tricky because the people in wardrobe would go, ‘Well, we fit this on you a week ago, and now it doesn’t fit you anymore.’ The flowy stuff definitely helped. Things that had layers on it. I’d say layers, but not heavy layers, because that makes you look bigger.”</p></blockquote>

<p>On how she is balancing now with two babies and a boyfriend:</p>
<blockquote><p>“I’m not even sure myself,” she laughs. “I have my mom here, who has been giving me a good hand, and I’m just trying to keep everything as smooth as I can. I love working. It’s part of my life. It’s what I like to do. We try and keep a good balance.”</p></blockquote>

<p>On keeping hair natural and healthy:</p>
<blockquote><p>“As natural as possible,” she tells me. “I try to keep my hair as simple as I can, so it can do it’s own thing. I try to wash my hair once a week. People think you have to wash your hair all the time, but, actually, you need to let your hair produce its own oils and be healthy on its own. I try to not use a lot of chemicals.”</p></blockquote>

<p>On Matthew’s attitude about Camila’s work?</p>

<p>Four months after giving birth to son Benjamin, she has opened up about the eight-hour birth – saying:</p>
<blockquote><p>“My delivery was in a bath tub, in water,&#8217; said the 29-year-old &#8216;I wanted to have a home birth. I wanted to be very aware and present during the birth&#8230; I didn&#8217;t want to be drugged up. So I did a lot of preparation, I did yoga and meditation, so I managed to have a very tranquil birth at home.”</p></blockquote>
<p>Giving exclusive to Brazilian TV channel <em>Fantasticoshe</em> said:</p>
<blockquote><p>“It didn&#8217;t hurt in the slightest. The whole time my mind was focused in each contraction on the thought ‘my baby is closer to coming out’. It wasn’t like ‘this is so painful’. So I transformed that intense feeling into a hope of seeing him.”</p></blockquote>
<p>Bundchen also says her son didn&#8217;t cry after being born and rested in her lap for a long time.</p>
<blockquote><p>“It&#8217;s wonderful,” she said. “Never in my life I thought I could love like this. You hear people talking about it, but you don&#8217;t know until it happens to you. I couldn&#8217;t be happier.”</p></blockquote>
<p>Benjamin is Gisele&#8217;s first child Tom’s second as he already has a 2-year-old son, Jack, with actress Bridget Moynahan.</p>
