How to get yourself into order if there is only one week left before the giant party?

Early winter is quite a complicated time for an organism. Some of you have already had an illness and flu. All the taken drugs have effected the face skin well hopefully.

And the end of the year is a real hassle. But one who gets angered often – advances in age quickly, proved by the scientists. Nervous disorders influence the skin condition immediately. But what can you do to become irresistible up to the holidays (at least for the New Year party)?

The course of special procedures can help you to relax: warm bath with coniferous extract, lavender, and sea salt. The water shouldn’t be very hot, the time of the bath is 10-15 minutes 3 times per week.

If baths are contra-indicated to you, then you can take soothing herbal teas: valerian, mint, sweet-Mary and peony, or polysaturated acids. Polyvitamins with tocopherol (vitamin E) are great as well. Pure water with lemon goes well too.

Light peeling will bring freshness and radiance to your skin. Simple face masks can be done at home easily.

Oats scrub: for dry and normal skin.

Grind 1 tea spoon rolled oats, add 2 tbsp olive oil and apply the mask onto the skin. Rinse off with warm water.

Coffee scrub: for dry skin.

Mix up 1 tea spoon ground coffee with low-fat cream. Massage the face skin with the gruel. Then rinse off with warm water.

Do some masks after scrubbing and put on the cream matching your skin type.

Make a a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year present to your nails as well.

Prepare a bath of warmed up olive oil and 3-5 drops of iodine for them. Put the nails down in there for 15 min, then wipe them dry and stay away from water for a couple of hours. Take the procedure twice a week.

One more effective procedure for the nails:

Cut a lemon into two halves and stuck your nails into them for 10 minutes. Practice this nail mask in a day for two weeks.

Use concealer to shade away under-eyes-circles. If there is none, then use a foundation. If the blue shadows under your eyes are too evident, take the concealer with the thick texture. But if the under-eyes-“bruises” are scarcely seen or you are mimic, with some wrinkles, then the creamy texture should be much lighter. Don’t rub the concealer around the eyes, but barely touch it with your finger-pads.

In order not to attract extra attention to the dark circles under your eyes, steer clear of the bright mascara or avoid any. But if you need to mascara the eye lashes, use the brown one.

Apply a very light or light-reflecting powder onto the inner eye corners in the direction to the brows.

If you shade the dark powder under the cheekbones carefully, it will make the same visual effect as liposuction. Also put a bit of it on to the temple and chin. Light powder will be just right to evade the mask effect. The color should be smooth all around including ears, neck and face all together.

There are so many products that have found their second life in cosmetology! Clay is not an exception! An average man will take clay as a building material or as stuff for china ware. Clay is a skin healer in cosmetic industry. It’s a sort of building material for the beauty creation.

Masks on clay basis are extremely wholesome for oily skin as they absorb excess grease piles up on its surface making it fresher and cleaner. It’s the wonderful measure for the open pores narrowing and pimples removing. These masks just dry off on your face during 5-15 minutes and then you should rinse them off with warm water that takes away the dead skin cells.

To achieve a better effect you should remove the make up and wet the skin before applying white and blue clays. Such masks are to be done regularly but no more often than once per week. Beside white clay you can use tale, carbonic magnesia, and starch as a basis of the drying mask.

White Clay Masks

The easiest mask to make contains of the equal parts of the white clay and tale. Add boric or lemon (preferably) acids to the basis, and if you have acne then add sulfur.

Mix up 3.5 oz white clay with 0.2 oz glycerine, 0.2 alcohol and 1 oz water. Apply the mixture onto the face with a wad of cotton wool. Rinse it off in 20 minutes.

Mix 1 tea spoon tale and 1 tea spoon white clay, and then add 1 tbsp milk into it. Put the mask onto the face for 20 min and then take it away using a wad of cotton wool.

Blend tale and clay in equal proportions. Then add 1-2 tbsp milk and apply the gruel onto the face skin for 20 minutes.

Take 1 oz white clay, 0.7 oz tale, 0.03 oz alum and mix it up with water until you get a cream consistency and put it onto the face. Take the mask off in 20 min.

Mask for a problem skin

Blend 3 tbsp white clay, 10-15 drops lemon juice and 1 oz alcohol and apply it onto the face. Rinse the mask off in 15 minutes.

Mask for a normal skin

Mix up 3 tea spoons white clay, ? tea spoon starch, ? tea spoon cleaned tale or oat flour, and a pinch of alum powder. Stir it thoroughly and apply it onto the face for 15-20 minutes. Then rinse it off with cool water.

Masks for the oily skin

Pour boiled cool water into the 2 tbsp white clay and stir it until you get creamy consistency. Then add 1 egg white, some drops of lemon juice and 1 tea spoon honey into the clay. Apply the mixture onto the face skin and rinse if off with boiled water after it dries.

Grate ½ cucumber and mix it up with 2 tbsp white clay. Put the mask onto the face and leave it there until it dries off, then rinse it off with mineral water and apply nourishing cream.

Blend 1 tbsp clay, 0.5 tbsp lemon juice, 0.5 tbsp mineral water, 1-2 drops of tea tree essential oil, 1 drop of mint essential oil and 1 drop of rosemary essential oil. Apply the mixture onto the face but don’t let it dry sprinkling it all the time with mineral water. Rinse it off in 20 minutes. This mask is extremely good as a skin healer.

Mask for dry skin

Add 30-40 drop lemon juice and 1 tbsp white clay to 1 tea spoon liquid honey. You are free to add some cool water to get a white gruel that is to be put onto the face and neck skin. Rinse it off in 25-30 minutes with cool water and then rub your skin with a piece of lemon. The mask is completed with several cold compresses. Try this one 1-2 times per week.

The skin becomes soft and smooth just like the babies have. Chose the most appropriate recipe for your skin type and clay masks will be your favorite secret of beauty.

Autumn gives us a lot of vitamins when you enjoy аruit juices or cook some salads for the home meals. Vitaminizing ourselves from inside we shouldn’t forget that we can do the same from the other side. Imagine yourself sitting on the coach somewhere and smelling fresh fall air while eating grapes. Isn’t that wonderful?

But do you know how good it is for your beauty?

Grape pulp and juice contain 55-87% of water, up to 30% sugar and around 2.5% organic acids (apple and wine ones), pectines (0.2%) and tanning agents (3.4%), ferments, amino acids, flavonoids, anthocyanins, potassium (3gr%), calcium, phosphorus, copper, magnesium, iron, manganese, cobalt, a bit of vitamins С, B1, В2, B3, B12, К, Р, РР, folic acid and carotene.

Its pulp and juice are widely used in cosmetic products. But you can prepare the homemade masks and moisten your skin without going outdoors. Moreover, it’s extremely wholesome and effective to make your skin look well-groomed.

Here are the grape masks and lotions recipes:

Take a wad and wet it with grape juice. Then rub all the cleaned face/neck round and leave it there for 10-15 min. rinse with warn water.

It’s so refreshing to rub the skin with grape ice cubes.

Rub grape juice into the hands skin. And then moisten them with olive oil or cream.

You can do a lotion with grape juice to moisten the skin. Mash the grape pulp, and then strain off the juice. Pour 13 oz of it into the jar and mix it with 1-2 tbsp honey and 1 tea spoon salt. Then filter the mixture once again and add 1 glass of water into it. Use a wad to rub the skin with this lotion that should be on for 1-2 hours. The procedure can be done any time you want to. The lotion can be stored for 1 year in a cool place.

You can also prepare the lotion with grape vinegar: take min decoction (boil 2 tea spoons mint for 2 minutes in 1,06 pint of water) and add 1 pint grape vinegar into it. Cool it and then add 2 tbsp rose water or rose infusion.

Take a linen tissue, moisten it with grape juice and apply it onto the face skin for 15-20 min. after you take it away, rinse your face with warm water, wipe it and put on some nourishing cream. The mask tones up the skin making it velvety, fresh, and prevents it from flabbiness cleaning it. You need 1-1.5 tbsp grape juice for 1 mask. The course is 15-20 procedures, 2-3 times a week.

Blend the equal parts of the grape juice and honey, and then apply it onto the face using a gauze tissue. The mask is recommended for the dry and aging skin.

Mix up a quarter of a glass of grape juice with the same amount of milk. Apply it using the tissue and cover the face with terry towel. Take it off in 15-20 minutes, dry it a bit and nourish with the cream. The mask is advised for the wrinkled skin.

Grape juice-honey-curds masks go well to women with thin sensitive skin. Mash together 1 tea spoon curds and 1 tea spoon honey and add 2 tea spoons grape juice. Put the mixture onto the face thickly for 10-15 min and then wash it away.

Put 1 tea spoon grape juice into the grind egg yolk and apply the mixture onto the face for 15-20 minutes. Rinse it off with warm water. It’s recommended for the dry and normal skin care. Use egg white instead of yolk and you’ll get the mask for the oily skin.

Mash 1 egg yolk with 2 tea spoons vegetable oil, ½ tea spoon honey and grape juice. Put it on in two steps with interval of 5-7 minutes. Rinse it off using the wad wet with cool linden infusion. It goes well for the normal and dry skin.

For the same types of skin the following mask is also recommended: blend 1 yolk with 1 tea spoon grape juice, vegetable oil and sour cream. Stir it until you get a creamy density and then add barley flour or bread. Clean your face first before applying the mask for 15-20 min., rinse it with freshly made tea. 2-3 masks per week are ok. The whole course is 12-15 masks.

If one has oily and wrinkled skin, she should do this mask after rubbing the skin with grape juice: add 2 tea spoons grape pulp into the beaten up egg white. Rinse it off in 15-20 minutes with cool water.

To get a toning mask you should take ½ glass of warm thick cream of wheat and mix it up with 2 yolks. 2 tea spoons honey, 2 tea spoons any vegetable oil, ½ tea spoons salt and 2 tea spoons sweet grape juice. Apply it onto the face skin for 20-30 min and then rinse off with warm water.

As you see, the grapes are extremely rich in vitamins and now think that all of them penetrate into your skin beautifying it gorgeously.

Here it comes! The nature provides us lavishly with sappy and flavoured fruit. And while we have plenty of them on the store shelves, let’s learn how to take all the wholesome from the fruit!

Golden Melon – Autumn Decoration

It’s considered to think Asia Minor and Central Asia to be the motherland of the melon where it had been grounded since 4000 B.C. and spread all over the world later on.

Nowadays there are about 1000 different kinds of it. Melons differ in the structure of leaves, flowers, the time of ripening, color of the peel and pulp, smell.

Melon pulp contains 88.5% of water, 0.6% of dietary fiber, 0.6% of ashes, up to 18% of sugar, 0.4% of pectines, 0.2% organic acids, fat, volatile aroma compounds, minerals (iron salt in particular), C vitamins (up to 60%), carotene (0.40%), B1, B2, B3, Е, РР, pantothenic acid, and pretty rich in folic acid (around 6%).

Every woman wants her face to remain charming, fresh, young and beautiful. But stresses, weather conditions, depressions inevitably affect the skin. That’s why you need to take a constant care of it. One of the most spread and effective way to treat teh skin is to apply facial masks.

Melon juice and its pulp are widely used in cosmetics.

Peel it off, mash the pieces with a fork or grate it. Then squash it. Wet a wad with melon juice to rub the dry face skin.

Mix up an equal amount of melon juice, milk and mineral water. Such sort of face milk works well for dry skin as well.

Take melon pulp, mash it with a fork and leave for 1-2 hours, then squeeze its juice out. Blend it with 2 tbsp honey and 1 tea spoon salt. The lotion can be kept for a long time in some cool place. This lotion moistens any type of skin.

The complete course is 15-20 procedures. The mask nourishes and freshens up your skin stimulating its softness. If one has dry and dehydrated skin, it’s recommended to rub your skin with olive and corn oils, then wipe it with camomile wet tampon before you apply the mask.

Add 1 egg yolk and 1 tbsp sour cream to the melon 2-3 tbsp gruel and stir it until you get cream gruel. Put it onto the face and neck skin layer-by-layer. When the last layer dries off, rinse it off with warm water. It softens and refreshes the dry and normal skin. If your skin is pretty oily, add 1 frothed white of an egg into a mixture. The masks can be applied for 15-20 minutes. Rub your face with melon juice before you put on the mask.

To get a toning mask, take ½ glass of warm and thick cream of wheat, ½ tea spoon salt, 2 egg yolks, 2 tea spoons honey and the same amount of vegetable oil and stir it thoroughly with 2 tbsp melon juice until you get a soft cream consistency.

Autumn season implies special care for our skin including protection, nourishing, moistening, and cleaning+toning. Today we are going to talk about the methods we can use to take a good care of the skin on this changing year time.

To protect your skin, you’d better have fall creams that are noted “regenerative” or “protective”. Such creams will help you to build up the protective barrier for the skin against the weather changes.

It’s also worth mentioning that the fall cosmetics should have more fatty components in its composition than the summer one.

But as is generously known, you should know where to stop, because if you overdo it using a too oil rich cream, you simply harm the skim. The thing is that too fatty cream can cork up the pores when heated (at work for instance) leading to the oxygen penetration into the skin cells.

Masks are also of super importance! They should combine both protective and vitamin qualities. The good example is an oat mask.

Prepare this mask at home using the following recipe. Take 3 tbsp warm cream or milk and add them into 1 tbsp rolled oats. Wait until they swell and then apply the mixture onto the face an snack skin. Leave it there for 20 minutes. Then rinse with warm water not soaping after.

You probably think the right way: nourishing is of grand importance. Skin requires vitamin C utterly. See if you can include into your ration this vitamin containing products as much as possible: citrus, apples, bell pepper, kiwi, cabbage, greens.

Fresh barriers, fruits and vegetables are perfect for the homemade-cosmetic masks. But the truth is that sometimes skin can bear them as they are too rich with this vitamin.

That’s why you can feel some burning or tingling on the skin during this procedure. To avoid this effect, use fruit-berry-gruels that will make you less discomfort.

Here also some recipes you are free to use in fall:

1. For oily skin: make a mixture of moistening cream, several drops of mint tincture and grated cucumber that narrows pores (very urgent for oily skin). Put this blend onto the skin for 40 minutes. Then rinse it off with warm water.

2. For combination and normal skin: grate the grapes, cabbage, and apple, pear until you get gruel and then add 1 tbsp nourishing cream. Apply the mix onto the skin of the face and neck for 40 minutes and rinse it off on the expiry of this time.

3. For dry skin: the following nourishing blend is a real godsend for dry skin. Mix up oil rich cream, citrus and sea-buckthorn. Then put it on for 40 min and then rinse either.

Our skin suffers from dust, dirt and strong wind in autumn. Thus you should pay a lot of attention to the cleaning procedures that are better to be combined with its toning. The stated below advices can help you to cope with this problem.

Cleaning lotions for normal and oily skin:

Squeeze juice of an aloe leaves and mix it with 2-3 tbsp of warm water. Rub the skin mornings and evenings daily with this lotion. Keep it in the fridge.

Take 2 tea spoons of St. John’s wort flowers and 2 tea spoons dry leaves of red rose. Pour 3.5 oz 3% table vinegar into the herbal blend. Let if drew for 10-12 days in a glass pot hidden from the sun light. Filter the lotion after that period of time.

Now let’s see the toning facial masks.

Apple mask goes well for the dry skin. Take a half of the apple, peel it off and grate. Then add 1 egg yolk, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tea spoon vegetable oil and 1 tea spoon ascorbic acid into it. Blend the ingredients thoroughly and apply the mask onto the face. Rinse it off with cool water in 15 minutes.

If you have a sensitive skin, use this mask. Blend 1 vegetable marrow and wait until juice oozes out. Then put 1 egg yolk in to the juiced vegetable marrow and stir it. Apply a thick layer of the mixture onto the clean skin of the face and neck. And leave it for 20 minutes. Then rinse it off with cold water. Complete the procedure rubbing your skin with ice cube.

The point is about the washing easy remedies you can make at home by yourself. You know the paradox is that sometimes our skin demands home nourishing “food”.

Choose the type of cleaning that fits your skin type best.

So, here are some recipes you can clean the face, neck and even décolleté area with:

Vegetable oil

There’s no doubt that it’s very wholesome to clean the skin using some vegetable oil: sunflower seed oil, corn oil, olive oil, peach oil, sesame oil or just seed oil.

You need 2 teaspoons of any oil, but warm it up a bit before the procedure. At first, wipe the skin with the cotton wool that is slightly oil-moistened. Then wet it abundantly and rub the skin bottom-up (start from the neck). Rinse it out in 2-3 minutes with cotton wool moistened with some herbal potion, tea, boiled water mixed with fruit juice.

Dairy

The skin can be well cleaned and whitened by sour milk, sour clotted milk and kefir all the year round. The rule is: the fatter and rougher the skin is, the more sour the dairy products should be used. Rub your skin with the sour-milk-wet cotton wool.

If your skin is dry and you feel some burning, rinse you face with water and apply some nourishing cream. If you have oily skin, keep a thin layer of sour milk on the face for the night.

Egg yolk

Egg yolks are globally helpful in skin cleaning from time to time. Take 1 yolk, 1-2 teaspoons vegetable oil and the same amount of some fruit juice. Stir the ingredients until you get a uniform mass. Wipe the skin with the mixture thoroughly and leave it for 2-3 min. Then rinse it off with cool water.

Bran

This procedure fits well to oily skin. Take the bran you’ll find: oat bran, rice bran or wheat bran. Grin some oat bran and add 1 tbsp water or boric acid to it. Then mix it carefully and keep in a glass jar. When you want to wash your face, just take 1 tbsp mixture, add some water or sour milk until you get the gruel that’s to be applied onto the skin. Clean the forehead, chin, cheeks, nose and neck with it. Rinse the “gruel” off in 5 min with warm water and then with cool salty/ acidulated water.

Honey

Put a thin layer of honey to the dry skin and massage the place you’ve applied it to with the finger pads until it solidifies. The rests should be taken away by the warm compress. As a result this procedure removes the dead skin cells.

Honey lotion

Take 1 teaspoon honey and 1 teaspoon glycerin, 0.5 tbsp whiskey, 45 gr. borax and 0.3 glass of water. Mix up water with borax. Then blend honey and glycerin and add borax water. Put whiskey the last.

Or you can simply mix 1 tbsp honey with 2 glasses of warm water . This easy lotion is very wholesome. Honey water soothes the skin, cleans it and nourishes it well.

Rose extract

Pour almond/ peach oil into 3 cups of dry red rose leaves. Put it onto the water bath until the leaves discoloration. Keep the extract in the tightly closed jar and wipe the face 2 or 3 times a day. This extract cleans the skin perfectly, tones it up and rejuvenates.

Mint tincture

It goes totally well to dry skin. Grind 1 tbsp mint leaves and then pour 1 glass of boiling water into it. Let it draw for 30 min, then filter. This procedure is perfect as a thorough cleaning for porous or aging skin.

Vapor bath

Vapor is very favorable for a blood-vascular skin system; it intensifies blood circulation and perspiration. Under the vapor effect the skin cleans out of the dust, dead cells and so on. Vapor bath is recommended to the coarsened skin or oily acne skin.

Vapor baths are contra-indicated to women with inclination to blood vessels dilation, skin redness, hard heart diseases, bronchial asthma, and blood circulation disturbances.

Vapor bath procedure time limitation varies depending on the skin type:

For dry skin – 3 minutes

For normal skin – 5 minutes

For combination skin – 7 minutes

For oily skin – 8-10 minutes

Perform the procedure once a fortnight (oily skin), and once per 2-3 months (dry skin). If you skin is dry, apply a bit of nourishing cream before the vapor bath.

So, you’ll need a terry towel and appropriate pan or any other metal jar with water. Water temperature should be of 140 F. Rinse your face first and tie a headscarf on your head. Cover the head with the towel so that the pan (or whatever you have) will be covered as well. If it’s too hot, make a small air hole in your “house”.

Herbs are preferable for the vapor baths (1 tbsp herbal mixture for 1 procedure):

Herbal mixture for dry skin – Melissa, dill, lavender, camomile, calendula, coltsfoot.

Herbal mixture for oily skin – rosemary, sage, chamomile, lime blossom, brandy mint, oak bark, horse chestnut, willow & birch leaves.

Salt cleaning

To make a vapor bath more effective, perform a salt cleaning after it. Take some cream, table salt and soda. Dip the cotton wool in to the cream, then into salt and then into soda. Apply it onto the skin bottom-up. If you have oily skin, keep these components on the skin for some minutes.

I wish it to be tried by you! Share your results.

You job is somehow related to a computer or you spend the bulk majority of your day time sitting in front of this up-to-date machine. So in this case don’t be surprised if you find at your mirror reflection some wrinkles, dark under eyes circles, skin dryness and peeling. This untimely aging is the price you have to pay for the use of the technological progress.

The main reason of the negative influence upon the face skin is an electrostatic field and free radicals around the computer. The electrostatic field affects the acid-base skin balance causing its xerosis and irritation. As for free radicals, they lead to the premature skin aging. No matter what type of face skin you have, its condition deteriorates significantly.

Normal skin becomes dry.

Dry skin turns into the horribly dry one.

Combination skin suffers from broadening and dirtying of pores. There also can emerge some irritation spots.

Oily skin gets a high secretion of sebum and acne.

Eyelid skin worsens the most. It looses the moisture and elasticity plaiting with small wrinkles.

To protect your skin and keep up with your computer job you should use the special creams, make up containing natural antioxidants and vitamins that neutralize negative free radicals.

Apply some moistening and tonic cream every morning. It’ll set up the sort of protective barrier.

Put a moistening gel or cream at the under-eyes-and-eyelid area. That will prevent the skin from water loss, under eyes “bruises” and swollen eyelids.

Keep a thermal water vial (or just carbonated water) in your bag and regularly moisten the skin during the day. You can also use facial tissues.

Make a freak for several minutes and turn away from the monitor to breathe some fresh air.

Green tea is a rich source of antioxidants. 2-3 tea cups a day are enough to annihilate a harmful radiation impact.

Citrus juices are possessed of antioxidants thanks to the high C-vitamin concentration.

Protect yourself from inside: include into to your meals bilberries, garlic and spinach – they are record breakers at antioxidants content. Also: grapes, raspberries, strawberries, tomato, carrot, celery, cabbage, greens, soya.

Vegetables and fruit are helpful as well as face masks. Tomato, strawberries and grapes magically restore the skin and saturate it with vitamins.

Clean your skin thoroughly in evening and apply moistening and nutritious creams to restore the skin balance. Use carbonated water instead of ordinary water for washing. Also: tincture of sage, chamomile, mint or simply boiled water with a couple of lemon drops. If your skin is dry, apply moistening measures quite often. If its oily, opt for nutritious ones.

Apply facial masks and compresses regularly.

The following herbal extracts have a strong antioxidant effect: red grapes, winterbloom, sea-buckthorn, green tea, rosemary and pine bark. Try to choose make up products with these extract components. Add the oils of these herbs into your creams, masks, baths, etc.

Taking into consideration this advice, you can work with computer staying undamaged.

Mask should be included into your regular skin care regime if you want to have a perfect looking and healthy skin that shines from within. Nowadays many companies produce masks for all skin types. Some of them are great, others are not. When buying a mask of the company you’ve never used before you always run the risk of purchasing something improper for your skin.

To avoid all possible negative effects and doubts you experience in the store when choosing manufactured facial masks we offer you a number of masks you can prepare on your own using natural ingredients. Such masks are always better and more effective.

This article will tell you about masks for normal skin type. Women that have a normal skin are the most lucky of us, as their epidermis has a fine even texture, a proper balance between oil and moisture contents and is therefore moist and neither greasy nor dry. For this type of skin there are masks for maintenance that may consist of any of the following: carrots, honey, peaches, rose petals, papaya, limes, oranges, bananas, strawberries, cucumbers, almonds and many others.

Here are some of the masks you can regularly apply:

•	Apple mask. You need 1 apple, cored & quartered and 2 tablespoons honey. Drop the apple pieces into a food processor and chop them. Add honey and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Pat the mixture onto your face with a light tapping motion, tapping until the honey feels tacky. Leave it on for 30 minutes and then rinse with a lukewarm water.

•	Strawberry mask. You need 1/2 cup strawberries, very ripe and 1/4 cup cornstarch. Mix strawberries and cornstarch together to make a paste and apply it to your face, avoiding the area around your eyes. Leave it on for 30 minutes and then rinse it off with cool water.

•	Peachy mask. You need 1 medium peach, 1 tablespoon honey and oatmeal. Cook peach until its soft, mash with a fork, add honey and oatmeal until it is a thick consistency. Apply to skin. Keep for 10 minutes, and then rinse well with cool water.

•	Clay mask. Mix the clay/kaolin, cornflower and oats together with one beaten egg white and floral water. Add 1 drop geranium oil and 1 drop neroli oil. Mix well to form a paste and apply. Keep on the face until it dries, then rinse off carefully.

•	Mustard mask. Take 1/2 cup of mustard and grind it in two liters of water. Make a paste of it with some rose petals. Apply it on the face and wash it off after half an hour.

•	Egg mask. Make a mixture of yolk of 2 eggs and add some honey and three drops of vegetable oil and apply it on the face. Wash it off after 20 minutes.

•	Curd mask. Take one cup of curd. Add the juice of two limes to it and make a mixture. Apply it on the face. After half an hour wash the face with cold water.

•	Oatmeal mask. Mix one egg and 1/2 cup cooked instant oatmeal and a teaspoon olive oil until smooth. Spread on your face and leave 15 min, then rinse.
