Firstly, I must say that Natalie Portman is much obliged for her slim enviable Black Swan figure to a former NY city ballet dancer Mary Helen Bowers. She made Natalie train for 8 hours a day! (Thus nobody says that it would be easy…) Natalie Portman combined her ballet classes with swimming, her usual workout routine and endurance exercises.
