Marisa Miller has appeared on the cover of Women’s Health January/February 2012 issue. In the interview for WH the 33-year-old actress and model dishes on her diet secrets and relationship tips. Here is what Marisa Miller had to share:

On her diet tips (which, by the way, undoubtedly work):

“Eating smart is all about having an awareness of your body. The most obvious way to do that is by seeing it. So when you’re trying to lose weight, spend more time wearing less. I don’t think I could eat a plate of nachos naked – could you? I’ll cook a batch of brown rice or quinoa and keep it in the fridge, so when I get hungry, I can easily dress it up with olive oil, lemon, and salt and pepper, and then add veggies. I usually say no to the bad things at Whole Foods, but then I get to the register, where they have individually wrapped chocolates. I’ll grab five and keep them at home. If I need something sweet, I’ve got it!”

On how to feel confident in front of the camera:

“Flip through photos of yourself, find shots you love, then figure out why you love them. What helped me was knowing the angles of my body and what looked right. A lot of women tuck their hips under to hide their butt in photos, but it looks awkward. I suggest pushing your butt out. You’ll get that sexy S shape that looks great in pictures.”

On her relationship tips:

“Griffin (Marisa’s boyfriend) used to get busy at work and not pick up the phone. It irritated me! Finally I said, ‘Honey, if I call you in the middle of the day, I’m not going to tell you what color I painted my nails. I need to tell you something [important]. Now, even if it’s just for 30 seconds, he’ll pick up and say, ‘Hey, are you OK?”

Well, Marisa Miller is already a very experienced one in that sphere as she takes the cover for the 8^th time, and IMHO it is absolutely clear why she is so needed by the Shape issue, just check out her pics!

Looking at this fragile girl, I’ve never thought she could be a biker, but anyway she is:

My dad taught me how to ride. Being outside in nature is so freeing for me. And whenever I really focus on something—whether it’s surfing, biking, or cooking—that’s how I de-stress. But I also love the challenge. Riding my motorcycle builds my self-esteem and confidence.

On how Marisa succeeds in staying in shape, 32-year-old VS’s angel admits:

Muscle starts to disappear as you age, I’ve discovered. I love my butt and want to make sure it stays where it is.

Marisa Miller stared the event being bright. Her loose blond hair matched her deep blue shimmering dress.

The Kardashian sisters seem to represent their dark side as they were all in black with sleeked hair.

AnnaLynne looked gracefully and glam being all beige. Her makeup was totally of summer style.

The best hair styles were presented by hot guy – the heroes of lots of female Twilight fans. Robert Patterson, Taylor Lautner and Kellan Lutz were the most glam and stylish including their hair style.

It seems if this award didn’t mean much for the majority of those who came up to there. I don’t mean to offend anyone, but despite their gorgeous outfits, the hairdos weren’t done the same way. Probably, for someone it matched well, but for others it slurred over the image completely like no outfit – no hairdo.
Tastes differ! It’s you to judge.

Lady Gaga was one of the brightest stars wearing Giorgio Armani Prive gown and having her hair tips yellow dyed. She looked awesome after receiving two awards as well. She is out of our galaxy!

Brown-haired Britney Spears looked nice with her wavy hair. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about her kinds of fishnet dress.
