Kim Kardashian’s latest baby is her fragrance that hit the Sephora stores this month. But not long ago, it appeared that the perfume’s logo may not have been Kim’s idea.

It happened back to 2008, when Kim was presented one of the gold necklaces as a gift just with the same double K logo by Lindley Bertin the creator of the Korcula jewelry line which was launched under that logo. Lindley was flatted seeing Kim wearing the necklace engraved with her initials.

But it was all over until she saw Kardashian’s perfume bottes come out this year.

Bertin told StyleList:

“I am disappointed that someone would take something from me that I put so much time, energy, and money into creating.”

The designer feels that the Kardashian fragrance logo is a rip-off of her own, and has enlisted the help of mega-lawyer David Boies to resolve the matter.

After launching the self-titled fragrance at a Miami Beach Sephora store (Feb. 4), Kim Kardashian is considering designing her next fragrance with her boyfriend American Football player Reggie Bush.

Kim, 29, said:

“Reggie and I have talked about doing a fragrance together – something that is kind of unisex.”

However, when asked which of her scents Reggie prefers, Kim said:

“He just likes my natural sexiness. He likes my natural scent.”

Now we can add to Kim’s previous activities like TV star, entrepreneur, model, actress, and trendsetter and scent designer either.

The 29-year-old socialite, Kim Kardashian is resolved to keep up her current weight. The healthy eating and fitness regime shaped her in to the 15lb-lessed body.

She tweeted:

“I am toned, fit and at a healthy weight. I just need to keep it up!”

Kim doesn’t change her life into the completely different way. She still goes out for dinner with friends but makes sure she visits the gym as well to burn any extra calories.

She tweeted:

“GYM TIME BABY! (sic)”

The brunette beauty also added:

“Workout was fantastic! I love Gunnar Peterson! He’s the best trainer!”

The 29-year-old Kim Kardashian stars in an advertisement for American fast food chain Carl’s Jr. using her sensual experience.

Kim is seen lying on a bed, eating a salad wearing nothing but a cream colored robe.

In another scene she is seen in the bath, naked, covered only by bubbles as she pops a slice of apple into her mouth.

The mid of the Kardashian sisters has recently been on a health kick herself, slimming down after a magazine in the States released a photo of her that had not been retouched – exposing her cellulite.

Complex magazine mistakenly posted the wrong picture of the star, one that hadn’t been airbrushed.

The 29-year-old beauty also took to the social networking site to boast about her latest fashion obsession.

Kim posted a photograph of her latest purchase, a pair of flat, thigh-high brown leather boots.

She wrote:

“I don’t know maybe the dancing got her moving,” Mark said. “But she is very disciplined and one of the sweetest people I know. I talk to her all the time; we became really close friends. She is focused in that gym working on that fitness everyday, doing her thing. I am proud of her.”

Kim Kardashian is going to join the list of celebrity perfumers with her own scent coming out in February 2010. I’m not surprised, perfume industry seems to be a profitable one.

Despite the fact the launch of the fragrance isn’t a very close event Kim is ready to tell us what it will be like. Named simply Kim Kardashian, the fragrance (produced through Lighthouse Beauty) will include notes of jasmine, tuberose, and gardenia over a base of tonka bean and sandalwood.

I learned so much about what it takes to develop a scent, and the end result is the perfect extension of my own personal style,” the star says.

The fragrance will not be too expensive, with prices starting at $16 for a .33 oz. rollerball and $65 for a 3.4 oz eau de parfum spray.
