Should you pay $35,000 to be included into the Hollywood A-list? They answer vary from person to person. But if the topic is about Kate Gosselin then surely Yes!

She is getting ready for her Dancing with The Stars debut and she’s already spent $35,000 on her makeover and several plastic procedures to look perfect on camera.

“Kate thinks Dancing With the Stars will put her on Hollywood’s A-list,” claims an insider. “She feels she needs to look her best, so she gave herself a major makeover. She went from hating the way she looked to loving her new appearance.”

She is said to have had Botox injections, Restylane fillers, laser resurfacing, veneers, hair extensions and highlights, eyelash extensions and eyebrow shaping. And that doesn’t include the cost of her regular spray tans and professional makeup applications.

The resume, if you aren’t ready to spend fifty-odd bucks, no one will book you in the Hollywood celebs list! Such a ridiculous thing! Who cares?

The mom-of-eight Kate Gosselin begins to enjoy her new image. After changing her trade signature short hairstyle for the long sleek layered look that took 20 hours to complete (I wrote about her showing off for People cover recently) she came to her hairstylist Ted Gibson again to freshen up the look get her ready for a Sex and the City-worthy night on the town.

Gibson tells People:

“She came in because her own hair has grown, so we changed the length. Now we thought shoulder length would be ideal–we wanted it to be straight, and sexy and moving.”

And the reality star couldn’t have been more pleased with the results:

“She’s ecstatic about the way the extensions look. We took off about four inches, close to that. That’s one great thing about extensions–she can go back to having it long again, whenever she wants. She can keep changing.”

While other stylists gave her a taste of some of NYC’s best nightlife to show off the new look, Gibson says about her evening out:

“It was long overdue that she got to go out and have some fun.”

The Jon & Kate Plus 8 reality show star Kate Gosselin has recently changed her hair style on $ 7000. This sum sounds unreal, weird and repugnant for someone.

But the stylist, Ted Robinson, revealed in an interview this week that the combined price Kate paid for the salon services she received was about $7.000.

He commented:

“My haircuts are $950,” Ted revealed. “The color would have been about $500, and the extensions, which were great length extensions, would probably cost about $5000.”

Probably the price included 20 hours that Ted spent persuading her on changing her trademark bangs and calming her down.

“We were together for about 20 hours and I would say 15 of those hours were working on Kate trying to convince her to cut her bangs,” Ted joked. “I felt like she was hiding behind that front piece.”

Despite the hesitation, he said the mother of eight “was really open to the entire process.” Ted summed up his vision for the TLC star:
