Having had 13 plastic surgeries in a single day, Heidi Montag ripened for a new one. This time she is going to undergo only one breast surgery! Again breast enlargement! The husband of the Heels star, Spencer Pratt revealed the plans of his wife in his exclusive to the new issue of Life & Style.

An insider tells the magazine:

“She wants to do it within the next two months and film it for the new TV show she and Spencer have been pitching to cable networks E! and Oxygen. She feels forced into it, because she didn’t get what she wanted last time. She’s not going to be satisfied until they’re bigger.”

Magazine reports:

“Heidi’s purportedly looking to have the surgery done in Europe rather than by an American-board-certified doctor.”

Spencer tells Life & Style:

“When Heidi woke up from the anesthesia [last time], she was angry [her breasts] weren’t bigger. She said she wanted to punch the doctor in the face. I try to stop her. She’ll do what she wants with her body.”

According to Spencer, an April 5 visit to Ryan Seacrest’s radio show pushed Heidi over the edge:

“When Heidi entered the studio, Ryan told her that her breasts didn’t look that big to him,”

Standing just a few feet from his wife at the time, Spencer, says:

“She was taken aback. She came home in shock.”

In fact she keeps shocking us. There are a lot of examples of plastic surgeries abuse among celebs. And all of them were quite sure that there could be nothing harmful about it and they were certain they were doing right. It seems Heidi doesn’t know the deplorable result it can cause.

Heidi Montag revealed new interesting facts about her plastic surgery she underwent earlier this year during her radio appearance for On Air with Rayn Seacrest yesterday.

Montag also revealed that she “had my back scooped” that means that she had eleven plastic surgeries. And when When Ryan Seacrest asked her what a “back scoop” is, Montag replied:

“I actually didn’t know. I might be the first one to try it. It carves out your back a little bit.”

The star added she also “had my waist cinched in on both sides.”

Moreover, the Hills star has all the gory details on tape.

“I have the footage of my ten procedures. Going into it, getting it done…I’ve watched a little bit.”

Heidi hinted that the footage might on air in a future reality show.

Montag is pretty satisfied with her post-surgery body saying “has a great body now,” but there are restrictions – she has to be cautious about some things.

“I’m very weird about hugging people now — [my body] is very fragile.”

She can’t keep up jogging either due to her breasts that are “E or F”-sized depending on the bra. Will she be able to continue her practicing stuff with the guns and knives she used to?

“I actually have been training with guns and knives for years,” Montag said. “I go to the firing range. I’ve been training with my M4s and Glock-19 for years!”

It’s not so easy to change your body and go on with the routine you practiced before!

The recently reported news reveal that the number of cosmetic surgery operations lowed down by 18% last year.

The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery that about 1.9 million surgeries were done in 2009 that is a quite lowed rate in comparison with 2.1 million in 2005.

According to Dr. Elliot Jacobs, the recession is to blame:

“I believe one can credit the downturn of the economy for the decline in surgical procedures that obviously are more costly than non-surgical procedures.”

Besides, a lot of doctors are sure that the plastic surgeries-obsessed time has gone already and moreover it’s not fashionable anymore!

Dr. Michael Hall claims:

“When it comes to plastic surgery, people are now using more common sense. They don’t want radical procedures. Women are looking for non-invasive procedures. There is no lack of vanity. There is just a little more hesitation.”

Hope that Heidi Montag will stop “perfecting” her body, as the mad rush to the ideal sometimes lead to irreversible ugly results.

Famous for her 10 plastic surgeries a day, Heidi Montag was a special guest on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Friday night where she talked about not being able to legally get bigger breasts.

“I legally can’t right now. The limit is 800cc and I have 700cc,” she told Jay. “I think I’ve reached the point [where I can stop],” she added. “I think I’m good for awhile. I’m surger-ied out.”

She also talked about firing her hubby manager Spencer Pratt only to hire a psychic.

Montag told Jay Leno on The Tonight Show Friday night:

“I kind of just woke up one morning and was like, ‘You know, you’re fired, but have a great day and I’ll talk to you soon.”

She figured hiring a psychic would be a good idea, but of course she fired him shortly after as well.

“Yeah, and now he’s fired,” Montag says. “So, I’m just on my own.”

She added:

“It just wasn’t feeling right,” she tells Leno. “I just wanted to be in charge as a woman in my own business. I don’t really want men telling me what to do and where to go so I said, ‘You know what? As a woman I’m going to take control of my career.’ “

This is Heidi Montag in her own unique and odd way.

Ten! Can you imaging? Ten plastic surgeries were done by her own wish. This fact could be quite accountable if she’d been severely injured. I think I can get Heidi Montag’s dislike to her natural appearance.

Anyway, it’s done. And despite her joy over her new look, it appears her husband Spencer Pratt prefers one of the few parts of her that isn’t surgically-enhanced. As the couple celebrated Valentine’s Day in Las Vegas over the weekend, Pratt admitted he loved his wife’s hair more than anything as it is still more natural than a lot of her body parts.

The 26-year-old told People magazine :

“(My favourite part is her hair). It keeps growing so beautifully and naturally.”

Montag also revealed she plans to go under the knife again in the future though she is still in pain from the 10 procedures she underwent in late November.

She said:

“Eventually… for maintenance. It’s the best decision I’ve ever made. My favourite part, I think one of them is my chin. I think that’s what I was so excited about. And I love my boobs but I still want to improve. I didn’t get them as big as I originally wanted.”

Montag says she hopes to pose for the Playboy issue ones again one day after completing her image.

Meanwhile, Montag’s sister Holly admitted her sister had been stunned by the negative outcry over her drastic surgery.

She said:

“She’s being very strong and holding to her own morals and I’m very proud of her. She’s the strongest woman I know. She’s done a brilliant job.”

The Hills star didn’t hurry to return home to show her new look to her family. But after nine weeks after the surgery she unveiled her dramatic new look to her mother and was left heartbroken with her mom’s reaction.

She tells People.com:

“I was nervous, but also excited. I never thought in my wildest dreams she was going to react the way she did. She was looking at me almost like a zoo animal. It wasn’t like I was her daughter anymore. She was looking at me like I was a circus freak. I tried to leave it as best as I could, but my heart was breaking.”

Poor Heidi… Probably she is the only one who likes her new look.

The Hills star Heidi Montag, who is also famous now for her ten plastic surgery operations in just one day, is back to her yoga practicing just two months later.

Heidi updated her Twitter page to read:

“Its so hard to get moving post surgery!”

No wonder! The strict after-surgery-regime is supposed to be discussed before the operation. And Heidi probably knew what she was agreeing with.

Earlier today she tweeted:

“I couldn’t fall asleep due to the pain I was in!”

Heidi also told People magazine:

“I see an upgraded version of me. It’s a new face and a new energy. It’s a new person and I feel like almost all of the things I didn’t want to be and who I turned into kind of got chiseled away. So I’m very excited for the world to see the new me and a real me.”

Her husband, Spencer Pratt, said he wasn’t in fact happy with her decision of undergoing the serious of operations in one day succession and his wife’s obsession with surgery.

But he said:

“Nobody truly understands how she feels except her. I may not be OK with things, but it’s not my call.”

The reality TV star, 23, commented it:

“At first I kept saying my boobs aren’t big enough. I wanted 800 cc’s and I ended up getting about 650 cc’s. 800 is the largest size that they make.”

She also added:

“I kept saying like a crazy person for eight weeks, saying I want them bigger I want them bigger. I think I’m good with them now… They’re triple D’s or F’s pretty much, I wanted ‘H’ for Heidi but that didn’t really happen that way.”

The blonde also talked about her procedures, which she had done all on one day.

She told US TV show Access Hollywood:

“I almost died after my procedure. I had too much Demerol like Michael Jackson did and my breathing was five breaths per minute which is like almost dead.”
