After having the wisdom teeth pulled out, Kimberly Wyatt dyed her hair brown. The Pussycat Dolls singer wanted to overhaul her image at the beginning of the year.

Talking about her former blonde locks, Kimberly said:

“I had quite a new year. I had to get my wisdom teeth pulled out and I was in so much pain. Then I decided to change my diet to a more organic one. Any toxins I put in or on my body makes me react in a crazy way – my scalp was smelling, my skin was bad – so I decided to make a change. It was a new year, new me!”

Kimberly also admitted she tries to combine her “punk-rock” side and her everyday style.

She said:

“I’d say I have a real punk-rock edge. So no matter how girlie I go, I try and incorporate things that stay true to my punk-rock side. So even if I’m wearing a flowy feminine dress, I’d throw a motorcycle jacket on and rock it out with hoop earrings, bangles and rings and things.”

Despite she wears plenty of skimpy outfits on stage, Kim reveals she’s not always satisfied with her looks.

She told New! magazine:

“I’m like any girl. I wake up sometimes and don’t feel good about myself. I always nit-pick about things and sometimes I just have to look in the mirror and build myself up, and tell myself, ‘You know what? You’re fine! Stop putting yourself down. Be happy with what you have and just go out there and flaunt it.’ “

Taking a very literal cue from the song’s title, she fashioned a receiver out of bright yellow hair extensions for the music clip.

The full video is scheduled for release next month. The insiders hint it is inspired by the work of Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill director Quentin Tarantino.

The 24-year-old actress, Misha Barton stepped out of the Byron & Tracey Salon in West Hollywood with a new blonde hairdo.

Reportedly, she spent around eight hours at the salon and got a parking ticket that fortunately didn’t spoil her after-salon-spirit.

Mischa recently told More! magazine:

“I like to have fun with fashion and make it my own. I like to try new shapes – sometimes it works, sometimes not, but it’s always fun trying, which is what fashion is all about!”

The British socialite Peaches Geldof didn’t get the hair color she wanted after iterative hair dying session went wrong.

She said:

“It’s actually ridiculous because my hair got highlighted badly and it went orange.”

The Ultimo underwear range model admitted she had to visit a hairdresser for eight hours following the disastrous dying procedures.

“My faithful hairdresser and make-up artist Michael had to correct the damage the stylist had done to my hair and it took about five bleachings to get to this colour, which is still not what I wanted but is close to it.”

She added:

“I was exasperated and it was a traumatic time. It was like the Twilight Zone in there.”

Together with her friend Fifi Brown, Peaches visited London hairdresser Taylor Taylor to get the colour right.

The salon is pretty fame among the celebs like La Roux, Calvin Harris, Sir Ian McKellan and Zoe Ball who have all visited it in the past.

Kim posted a photograph of her latest purchase, a pair of flat, thigh-high brown leather boots.

She wrote:

Sandra Bullock considers her husband’s opinion much. He told her he didn’t like the hair color and she immediately changed it for him.

The actress once had to change her hair color to star in the film ‘The Blind Side’ but unfortunately her spouse wasn’t impressed.

I like blonde highlights. If I did change my hair for good, I would have to change my whole wardrobe. There was a very important person – mainly my husband – in my life who just didn’t want me being blonde, thank God! There was not an appreciation. There was a little person who thought I looked like an angel, and there is a big person that said, ‘I don’t like the blonde on you, take it off.’ And you want him to say that. But that’s what’s fun about it.”

Sandra loves her husband and thinks he suffers a lot living with her because she can be very difficult.

She said:

I know I’m not easy to deal with. I’m controlling, and I want everything orderly, and I need lists. My mind goes a mile a minute. I’m difficult on every single level. I’m aware that I can be annoying. It took someone like him who was unafraid. My energy can be daunting. Do you really want to wake up to this at five in the morning? Apparently, he did.”

Kim Kardashian has surprised everyone showing up dark-blond at the Teen Choice Award ceremony. I’ve never seen her in this hair image! It looks awesome and fits her olive complexion so good!

Kim explained her sudden decision:

“I needed an end of summer change. I’ve never dyed my hair before and I’ve been working out, feeling so great why not add to the change?”

Kim’s stylist Clyde Haygood brought her to Rebecca Friedman, co-owner of L.A.’s Goodform salon that probably has Lily Allen and Shia LaBoeuf among its clients, for her five-hour dyeing process, which included lifting her base color and adding in highlights.

Friedman tells People:

“[Kim] was pretty brave — she’s never colored her hair before. She was really excited for a change and ready to do something different. She’d always talked about going blonde and finally mustered up the courage to do it for real.”

“It suited her coloring. We couldn’t take her platinum because her coloring is too dark — you have to take into account not only her hair color, but her eyes and skin color. We wanted to keep it really healthy and shiny and keep a minkier, darker base so that it didn’t go brassy, so it looked more natural and sun-kissed, like she’d been at the beach all summer.”

Rebecca also tells about Kim’s reaction to the final result:

“She loved it–she was freaking out, she was so into it. I think she looks amazing,”

As for Kim, she tells People that she’s still pondering on of how long to keep the image for, but for now:

“I’m still trying to decide if blondes do have more fun! I wanted a change…I was ready for something new!”
