The pop singer and songwriter, Peter Andre is to launch the men’s perfume soon and he is full of hope that it’ll follow the steps of his previous women’s scent, Unconditional.

He said:

“I’ve just picked out a fragrance for my new men’s range and I can’t wait for everyone to smell it.”

The 37-year-old star revealed the preliminary date of the fragrance release:

“I’m planning to launch it just before Father’s Day (20.06.10) in the UK so all you ladies have to go out and buy it for that very special man in your life.”

The ex-husband of Katie Price is still astonished at how popular his female fragrance (inspired by Lily Allen, by the way) has been.

He added:

“My perfume is still selling so well – someone buys a bottle once every 35 seconds apparently!”

On his inspiration – Britain singer Lily Allen:

“She’s kind of a fresh burst of summer. There’s something about Lily Allen that’s really exciting to me.”

The 41-year-old star Jennifer Aniston has been working on her debut scent for 1 year and 8 months already, but she still doesn’t know how to name it, though the close to her says the Aniston is to be a fave.

A source told America’s OK! magazine:

“She has yet to get 100 per cent behind any name but the one she favours is Aniston.”

What is this smell about?

“It’s all about capturing the idea of romance and freedom at any age, but it’s hard to do that in just one word.”

Also suggesting another moniker, Echo, as one more possible name for the upcoming fragrance, the Bounty Hunter actress is said to be rejected with it either.

The glam ad campaign will accompany the launch of the scent as soon as the name is found.

It seams that soon Jennifer will join the perfume celeb family that includes Sarah Jessica Parker, Jennifer Lopez, Kate Moss, Victoria Beckham, Beyonce Knowles and Britney Spears.

The 31-year-old actor, James Franco has become the new face for the Gucci by Gucci Sport Pour Homme, the latest fragrance from Gucci.

Creative director Frida Giannini told WWD about James being the face of both the first male Gucci scent and the second either:

“[James] personifies the sort of nonchalance and unforced appeal that is most attractive in a man. While in the advertising campaign, he captures the fragrance’s casual, modern and masculine air.”

The notes of aromatic citrus fragrance for men include grapefruit, mandarin, cypress, cardamom, juniper berry, fig, vetiver, ambrette and patchouli.

Gucci by Gucci Sport Pour Homme will be available in 50 and 90 ml Eau de Toilette costing about $27 and will be launched in April.

The Russian Roulette singer doesn’t know how to call her debut fragrance. Initially it was planned to name it Route 22, but now she wants to ask her fans if they can come up with anything better.

A source said:

“Although Rihanna wanted to call it Route 22, she is now unsure and is keen to see what fans can come up with.”

The 22-year-old- real name Robyn Fenty – has recently revealed she wants the smell to be irresistible to the opposite sex.

Rihanna said:

“I’ve been right there with a chemist mixing the formulas. I wanted this to be the fragrance no man can resist – and it is!”

A long list of singers has already have their scents including Beyonce’s Heat, Christina Aguilera, Celine Dion, Britney Spears, Gwen Stefani and Jennifer Lopez’s huge range of perfumes: J.Lo Glow, Love at First Glow, Glow After Dark and Live.

Now Rihanna is one of them! Oh, Sorry it’s too early to say welcome. Firstly she should launch it!

The Sex and The City actress Sarah Jessica Parker launched her latest fragrance SJP NYC held at New York’s Sweetie Pie restaurant, as a homage to her character Carrie Bradshaw.

She explained:

“What I really wanted to do was capture an image, a snapshot in my head of Carrie Bradshaw, that sort of freeze-frame of her walking down any New York City street at an idyllic time of year in a floral-print dress on her way to meet somebody or to do something, or surrounded by her women friends. You can go anywhere with that, because we live in a fragrant city.”

The 45-year-old-just-around-the-corner, Sarah also said she the result was quite surprising when the components for the fragrance came together – wild strawberry with gardenia and vanilla. She wouldn’t usually choose to wear.

She added:

“What we arrived at was very surprising to me because it’s not notes that I generally cotton to – but I love it.”

SJP NYC comes in a multi-print bottle inspired by the Oscar de la Renta’s dress Sarah wears in the ad campaign for the fragrance.

Kim Kardashian’s latest baby is her fragrance that hit the Sephora stores this month. But not long ago, it appeared that the perfume’s logo may not have been Kim’s idea.

It happened back to 2008, when Kim was presented one of the gold necklaces as a gift just with the same double K logo by Lindley Bertin the creator of the Korcula jewelry line which was launched under that logo. Lindley was flatted seeing Kim wearing the necklace engraved with her initials.

But it was all over until she saw Kardashian’s perfume bottes come out this year.

Bertin told StyleList:

“I am disappointed that someone would take something from me that I put so much time, energy, and money into creating.”

The designer feels that the Kardashian fragrance logo is a rip-off of her own, and has enlisted the help of mega-lawyer David Boies to resolve the matter.

After launching the self-titled fragrance at a Miami Beach Sephora store (Feb. 4), Kim Kardashian is considering designing her next fragrance with her boyfriend American Football player Reggie Bush.

Kim, 29, said:

“Reggie and I have talked about doing a fragrance together – something that is kind of unisex.”

However, when asked which of her scents Reggie prefers, Kim said:

“He just likes my natural sexiness. He likes my natural scent.”

Now we can add to Kim’s previous activities like TV star, entrepreneur, model, actress, and trendsetter and scent designer either.

The Proposal Sandra Bullock’s co-star Ryan Reynolds has been announced the new face of Hugo Boss fragrance, the brand revealed on Friday.

Hugo Boss’ global marketing director Thomas Burkhardt:

Beyonce finally launched her debut fragrance Beyonce Heat (I’ve already posted the Heat ad video before) attending Fragrance Launch After Party at Catch the Fever at 15 Union Square West on Tuesday (February 2) in New York City.

The price of the scent is ranging between $39 and $59 and will be sold in department and specialty stores.

Wearing the red dress from Marc Bouwer the 28-year-old singer told Stylelist:

“I wanted it to be original and I didn’t want it to be like all the other celebrity brands. It’s been two years in the making. Every little detail is very personal, so I’m extremely proud.”
