Stay and hold helps Jessica sculpt her arms. <strong>Jason Wlash</strong> sets different planks for hold the position. First 30 seconds hold your chest a bit above the ground, take a 30 seconds break. Then rise halfway up from the initial plank and hold for 30 seconds more, another 30 seconds break. And lower second plank down a quarter, hold for another 30 seconds. If you’re a beginner start with 5 seconds and then gradually increase time up to 30 seconds.</p>
<p>Running is not necessary for cardio. You can use <strong>Jason Walsh&#8217;s </strong>high-intensity cardio circuit instead like <strong>Jessica Biel </strong>does. Do running in place, squat jumps, or jumping jacks or choose other heart-boosting exercises, choose 3 to 5. Do each exercise for 30 seconds with the 30 second-breaks for rest. Rest for minute and a half and repeat the circuit 3 to 5 times.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s also important to rest and recover. A week off won&#8217;t be bad if you don&#8217;t fall on food and other such behavior. Rather get massage and rest and you&#8217;ll see how your body will change, as the muscles change when they rest and recover.</p>

<li>Core: Hanging leg raises help you flatten your abdomen.</li>
<li>Stair-jumping: Painful but improves nervous system and great for legs.</li>
<li>Weight Training: Nothing is going to improve your body as weight training, so pick up lighter weights and go.</li>
<li>Waist sculpting moves: Seated Russian twists with a five-pound medicine ball. 3 sets of 15 times.</li>
<li>Shoulders and biceps: Knees slightly bent 10-pound dumbbells for each hand. Bicep curl, then rotation to get your palms outward and twisting dumbbell press. Reverse to get into the initial position and repeat for 10 or 12 times for 3 sets.</li>
