People say that one learns on his own mistakes (in love, profession, family), but if the point is , learn from the experience of your predecessors. This post is about the mistakes you can stay away from relying onto the advices of the elder friends.

How to avoid the mistakes and care about the skin

    Mistake #1

Lots of girls don’t know their skin type as there are few problems that bother them. And they buy the products that they saw their moms, friends used. Meanwhile the choice of the cosmetics is quite an intimate case. There shouldn’t be any fashion following, but only your skin preferences.

Do you know how many problems you can get applying oily creams onto the oily skin? Skin pores simply can’t breathe and be free from the dirt. And what if you put on the drying creams having the normal one?

Conclusion: diagnose your skin type. There are plenty of on-line resources to help you. For example, you can go to the global cosmetic brands sites and pass the tests determining your skin type. Probably, these tests are trustworthy as the brands are interested in selling you the right product so that you could be satisfied with their cosmetics and become their resident buyer. This is the first what you can do staying in the computer chair.

The second one is you should consult the specialist. The consultant-dermatologists provide some perfume and cosmetic salons with free first consultation. Remember, that you should be curious about your skin!

How to get beautiful face or skin care.jpg

    Mistake #2

There are not many girls who know how to clean the skin believing that soap is enough at the age of 18-20. Tightened skin they take as the cleanness indicator. And this is a big mistake! Good soap that matches your skin type shouldn’t dry or tighten the skin. You are lucky if your soap is half creamy. But what if it’s not?

Conclusion: know more about your soap. If your soap peels the lipidic layer daily, if the pH isn’t neutral, if there are some irritations, know that all these will affect your face in the future. Find the products that can clean your face skin harmlessly.

    Mistake #3

This paragraph makes sense for those who uses makeup or is going to do it. The conception of modern demakeup is a two-phase procedure. If you use only a wad with cosmetic milk and then wash the face with soap, then you do recklessly! This sort of demakeup choke up the pores and doesn’t care about the skin at all.

Conclusion: clean the skin twice! The first phase should be accomplished with the special makeup removal products (milk or oil), and the second phase is so to say cleaning after cleaning – you should take away the rest of the first-phase-cleaning cosmetics. That would be great if you use a special oil-free gel, mouse or tonic matching your skin type.

How to care about your skin

    Mistake #4

If you skin is pretty dry or peels off regularly, don’t underestimate it. It’s the first sign that your skin is in need of additional nourishment. Lend a hand! Nourish the places that peel most. Apply the nourishing creams onto he problematic skin places. The rest of the skin doesn’t require another cream as it copes to balance the oil without any help. However, modern creams meet the requirements of affecting wholesomely the various skin areas.

What should you eat to have smooth, rosy and fresh face skin? OurVanity.com has made the list of 5 products recommended by the cosmetologists and dieticians.

Fruits and berries for skin care

Good sleep, sport sessions and fresh air are not enough to look one hundred per cent gorgeous. Our skin depends on what we eat no matter if the meal is good or not. Even the super effective creams are powerless against the unbalanced ration.

That’s why you should regulate your meals: less fatty and salty food, more fresh vegetables, fruits and cultured milk foods as if your gut microflora goes wrong and you have disbacteriosis, you can simply forget about the smooth skin. But you can cope with the faded face skin color and small wrinkles eating the “precious” products.

    Here they are:

    Fish and seafood

Active components: Omega-3 fatty acid, zinc.

    Result: Smooth, clean skin.

Fish and seafood for face skin

The importance of the seafood is pretty hard to overvalue. Zinc (oysters and fat kinds of fish are rich in zinc) plays the main role in skin renovation and collagen synthesis. And the lack of it causes the untimely aging. Specific fatty acids contained in fish maintain the skin moistening and prevent it form dehydrating and inflammation.

Moreover, zinc cares about the condition of the heart arteries improving blood circulation. Fish zinc also is on the watch of acne and pimples.

    Citrus plants

    Active components: Vitamin C.

    Result: Smooth, elastic skin.

    Citrus for healthy skin

One of the main youth vitamins is Vitamin C, which is greatly honored in the cosmetology world. You can find it among the ingredients of lots of face creams. It’s because it stimulates the collagen making – the building protein of conjunctive tissue. When this element synthesis slows down with time (that happens with age), the skin becomes more flabby.

Vitamin C is a perfect antioxidant that neutralizes free radicals ruining the body cells. It means that having oranges and grapefruits as well as tomatoes and bell peppers (within reasonable limits) provides skin elasticity and decelerates wrinkles emerging. By the way, I recommend the sun-bathes and cigarette smoke fans to pay special attention to their habits as their organisms especially may need this element.

Our skin suffers from the badly circulated room ventilation and central heating system in winter. And together with this, people take much more proteins, fats, bread and eat more in general, move less.

All these pollute the organism from inside causing skin problems. On the other hand, the cold stimulates and rejuvenates the cells. That’s why the winter coming affects our skin in a good way. But there should be taken some preventive measures to avoid the baneful influence of other factors.

Winter Skin Anti Aging Care Tips1

    SPA at home

Find a couple of hours a week to do with your beauty in real earnest. Let’s start with the easiest procedure.

Winter face clearness. Take the cosmetic clay and knead it till you get a sour cream consistency. Then apply the clay on to the face and leave it there for 30-40 minutes. Rinse it off with warm water and then immediately with cold one. The deepest cleaning provides the black clay, that is wholesome for the body care and fights with cellulite.

Winter face peeling. Mix up 1 tbsp oat meal with 1 tea spoon brown rice meal and 2-3 drops of lavender oil. Add a bit of warm water and 1 tea spoon honey. Massage delicately the face and neck skin using this mixture. Then rinse it off with warm water.

Winter Skin Anti Aging Care Tips3

Face bath. This is a wonderful procedure for the normalization of the acid-base balance and skin detoxification. However, you’d better omit it, if you have a very sensitive skin or acne rosacea. Put the herbs and oils that fit exactly your skin type into the boiling water (in the pot or anything).

For example, chamomile goes well for the sensitive and dry skin types; peppermint and rosemary – for normal and combination ones as well as acne-affected skin. Lavender is the perfect herbal measure for all skin types.

Great news for those who prefer using natural products for cosmetic purposes! The new ingredient for treating beauty problems has been discovered, and it’s nothing but blackcurrant!

Blackcurrants have proved to be a good treatment for under-eye circles – the problem women have suffered for centuries. We get them when we are tired, stressed, sick – there are lots of causes. But concealing them perfectly is still a complicated thing even for a modern woman and only rather skillful and patient ladies can cope with that.

Now we now that the problem that has been torturing us for a pretty long period of time doesn’t need to be treated with expensive creams, it’s blackcurrant that can help.

    blackcurrants

The study that has revealed the strong properties of blackcurrant was conducted in Japan. 33 healthy women have been tested by researchers in Japan at Hirosaki University. It was found that the consumption of blackcurrants improved the blood flow around the optical nerves and drastically reduced the effect of ‘sagging eyes’.

The fact is that conventional medicine has been using blackcurrant to help to improve blood circulation. And the newly-discovered effect is said to be derived from the ability of the natural components in blackcurrants, such as anthocyanins, to increase the blood flow in the capillaries in these dark regions thereby delivering more oxygen to the tissues. This encourages them to expand, helping to reduce the dark shadowed effect.

And what is even more interesting and important is that it’s not just fresh blackcurrants that can help. Blackcurrants in any form will work well, whether you consume those in the form of juices, jams, fruit smoothies, pies or fresh and frozen blackcurrants.

We frown, laugh, bite our lips and cross the legs having no idea that these habits take away our natural beauty. Let’s discover why it is so and what we should forget about to keep the beauty and youth for longer.

    beauty secrets

Habit #1. To laugh and frown. No doubts, laugh is a life healer and prolonger. It stimulates the synthesis of endorphins (hormones of happiness). But it causes mimic wrinkles formation. Eyelid skin falls under laugh effect first as there appear crow’s feet, then goes around-lips skin with unattractive nasolabial wrinkles.

The habit to knit the brows leaves deep upright lines between them and frowning leads to horizontal lines on the forehead. The skin around the lips suffers much from the woman’s want to purse the lips. I admit that these facial expressions are reflexes and it’s hard to control them! But possible!

Way out. The only chance to cope with this problem by yourself is your strict control. Start with the simplest task, to smile instead of bursting out laughing, for example. To lose the habit of frowning you can try to undertake the preventive measures: stick to your forehead the thin wet cigarette paper strips for a couple of hours. They will help you to control your facial expression better. You’ll be able to keep up with it by yourself in some time.

This method of the face skin rejuvenation was elaborated in 80s years of the previous century by the Italian doctor and initially this procedure was very expensive. Microdermabrasion is gaining popularity more and more nowadays as it becomes more available.

    microdermabrasion1

This procedure impact onto the skin is much more effective than fruit acids peeling but less traumatic than chemical one with phenol (the deepest and hardest peeling), all the more is plastic surgery. Meanwhile, microdermabrasion enables to solve different face skin problems.

The technique is in the following: the flow of the finest aluminum oxide crystals goes through the special tubes at high speed and is applied onto the skin. Aluminum oxide microcrystals (Al2O3) are completely harmless by their chemical composition.

They don’t irritate the skin, can’t do deep wounds, and what’s more important, they are notable for the best abrasive characteristics. Their abrasion effect is not accompanied by pain as it operates on the top skin layers that have no nerve endings. Patient feels just a slight tingling while taking the procedure and that’s why she doesn’t need any anaesthetization.

    microdermabrasion

The thing is that besides the hypoallergenic characteristics, the aluminum oxide crystals are shaped into the necessary abrasive form of snowflakes and stars. These fractions penetrate into epidermis and are drawn off right after that with the help of vacuum “pump” apparatus together with the horny skin cells.

Dry skin causes lots of discomfort to its owner: redness, itching, wrinkles, etc. But it can be avoided and treated if you know what causes it and how to deal with dry skin.

Let’s start with what causes dry skin. There are many factors including:

    • Cold weather and low humidity.
    • Central heating – makes air dry and this causes dry skin.
    • Aging – any skin type is more prone to dryness as the person ages. This happens due to the fact that our skin cannot produce enough oils, the skin gets thinner and estrogen lever drops.
    • Dry skin occurs more often with people who have skin type I or II.

Among other causes we can mention: dehydration, malnutrition, diabetes, eczema or low thyroid hormones.

    dry skin treatment
The problem of dry skin can be treated. Just follow some daily regime rules:
