<p>Fatty acids, especially those from Omega-3 and Omega-6 groups, are necessary for children to develop their eyes and for adults to prevent serious eyesight disorders. Look for fatty acids in oils, pumpkin seeds, soybeans, walnuts and vegetables with dark-green leaves.</p>
<p>As a conclusion we can say that to keep good vision one should include into his menu lots of greens, vegetables, yellow-red fruit, oils, nuts and fish.</p>

-     Long-term crying is to be avoided.<br />
-     Exclude spicy meals and drinks from your ration as well as too dry and salty food.<br />
-     Drink juice from sweet pomegranates.<br />
These tips are still effective for our times. Someone wise once noted that a person can learn to see well after he’s learned to live well. And this is true as our eyes give away what we feel and how we live.</p>

<li> <strong>Sleep well and a lot</strong>. When you sleep enough hours your whole body looks better because it gets the rest it needs. Go for an eight-hour sleep or more if it’s possible. The room where you sleep should be aired frequently.
