    Winter requires special care and switch of the basic moistening creams for the anti-cold ones.     Some scientists say that bad eyesight is caused by the wrong perception of the world. If a person’s attitude to life is negative and he sees nothing good around him his eyesight worsens gradually to limit the flow of negative information.

    It means to have good eyes one has to learn to see how wonderful the world is, to be positive no matter what happens.
    The greatest doctor of the ancient times, Avicenna, gave some advice which is still effective nowadays:

    -     To keep acute vision one shouldn’t examine small objects for a long time, sleep long on the back of the head, read too small prints and work with tiny things for long.
    -     Drinking, eating too much or too frequent copulations are harmful for vision.
    -     Never go to bed after you’ve eaten a huge meal.
    -     Having a hot bath or sauna isn’t safe for eyes.
    -     Long-term crying is to be avoided.
    -     Exclude spicy meals and drinks from your ration as well as too dry and salty food.
    -     Drink juice from sweet pomegranates.
    These tips are still effective for our times. Someone wise once noted that a person can learn to see well after he’s learned to live well. And this is true as our eyes give away what we feel and how we live.

    Great news for those who prefer using natural products for cosmetic purposes! The new ingredient for treating beauty problems has been discovered, and it’s nothing but blackcurrant!

    The fact is that conventional medicine has been using blackcurrant to help to improve blood circulation. And the newly-discovered effect is said to be derived from the ability of the natural components in blackcurrants, such as anthocyanins, to increase the blood flow in the capillaries in these dark regions thereby delivering more oxygen to the tissues. This encourages them to expand, helping to reduce the dark shadowed effect.

    And what is even more interesting and important is that it’s not just fresh blackcurrants that can help. Blackcurrants in any form will work well, whether you consume those in the form of juices, jams, fruit smoothies, pies or fresh and frozen blackcurrants.

    1. Sleep well and a lot. When you sleep enough hours your whole body looks better because it gets the rest it needs. Go for an eight-hour sleep or more if it’s possible. The room where you sleep should be aired frequently. Besides, make sure you have no sources of E-field radiation in the bedroom such as a television or computer.Buy a flat pillow and sleep lying on your back or your side, but never ever sleep on your belly with the face pressed against the pillow if you don’t want to have lots of around your eyes.
    2. Drink lots of water. Avoid coffee and alcoholic drinks. A squirt of lemon or lime juice with lots of ice tastes great and helps revitalize aging skin.
    3. Use creams and gels on the daily basis to help reduce the appearance of . Cleanse your eyelashes and lids with a special makeup remover, then apply nourishing eye cream or a gel and start massaging the skin around the eyes. Massage should be very light, because if you do it too intensively the effect will be quite the opposite. With the tips of your fingers move from the inner corner of the upper lid to the outer corner, then move back over the lower lid. In the same circular movements you can pat the skin lightly.
