    The reality TV star Kim Kardashian recently shed 15lbs in weight but she still indulges her with chocolate. Kim is a hard worker and her secret is that she works out hard after each bar of chocolate to maintain the balance.

    “I do love my sweet things and my chocolate but that only means I have to work out harder and more often. That’s the trick – you can have a little of what you like but then you have to balance that in some way. For me that’s exercise so it’s no problem.”

    Having recently launched her own work-out apparel brand Bravada International, the 29-year-old socialite said:

    “The line is something that I’ve aligned myself with because it’s something that I wear all the time.”

    She added:

    “I mean, it’s really hard for me to find fitness clothes and the sports bras sometimes don’t fit, or the pants are all different sizes – this line is all only one size and it really does fit all my sisters and they’re all different sizes. It’s so stretchy, and it’s stylish. You wanna look good when you go to the gym. You wanna feel your best.”

    “Before, all I’d have for breakfast was a Grande Soy Chai Latte”

    Now, both sisters eat either oatmeal or eggs, turkey bacon and fruit.

    Kim, who is a U.S. size 2, tells the magazine she eats protein at every meal to fill up and makes sure not to deprive herself.

    Kim added:

    “If I feel like a milk shake, I have one.”

    And most importantly the sisters lean on each other for support.

    Khloe said:

    “Kim will always call me and be like, Let’s go do boot camp! and that motivates me.”

    Kim also works out, a habit she developed after filming her own exercise DVD.

    There is no secret that we ladies want to look feminine and sporty all the year round but the fact is that May and the whole summer we are supposed to wear short tops, shorts and light chiffon dresses that emphasize our slender figure.

    Toned up buttocks

    Don’t waist your time on purchasing and testing various products that can tone up your buttocks and melt your cellulite. There are no miracles, but the complex approach can help to look irresistible. Few easy exercises in comb with healthy eating can boost your buttock.

    1. Brisk walking. Instead of walking slowly between the supermarket shelves, get your butt in gear and go to tone up your muscles with active walk, straining them.

    2. Hold up the tension. If you seat at the table in the office, in the chair at home, making up or something, you can easily practice some isometric exercises: hold yourself upright and toughen your buttocks muscles, hold it toughened for some seconds and relax. Repeat it 5-10 times.

    3. Perfection. This one is perfect for the quick morning exercises. Lying on the stomach, lift up your right hand and left leg simultaneously. Then the left hand and right leg. Watch your back. It shouldn’t sag hard. Belly muscles should be strained.

    4. Up and down. One of the best exercises is still the crunches. Bend your knees, put your hands behind the head and strain your buttocks muscles. Lift up the torso to your bent knees and back to the floor, but not lie down.

    5. Strong soft place. One of the effective exercises that train your butt muscles is squatting. Hold a doorknob with both hands and slowly bend back as if you want to take a seat. The upper part of the body remains straight.

    Bottom toning up

    6. Express-lifting. Lie down on the back, bend your knees and lift up the pelvis and thorax so that the thighs, bottom, back and knees line up. Stay in this position for 5 minutes. In addition you can straight one of the legs. Repeat the exercise for 10-20 times.

    7. Water run. Perhaps this exercise is pleasant to practice on summer, however any other time of the year will be good as well. It’s easy and wholesome: just enter the water (approximately to your breast level) and run! It’s easy to see that your bottom tones up quickly. This sort of the exercises is recommended to people suffering some injuries as it doesn’t overload the joints.

    The Americal Idol judge, Kara DioGuardi has stared the cover of Women’s Health issue April 2010. She is the vivid example of struggling the long way from eating disorders to healthy eating and stunning body shape.

    In her interview to the Women’s Health mag, the 38-year-old songwriter and music producer reveals her diet secrets, gym sessions routine and how her bikini show-off helped her to save her job.

    “It probably saved my job. It was a defining moment. Like, ‘She’s serious and industry, but also as kooky as everyone else on this panel.’ ”

    She also added:

    “I kept saying no. I mean, what crazy nut is gonna go out there in a bikini at almost 40 years of age against a girl who is 20 and probably cosmetically enhanced? I looked a little pasty. But hey, at least I didn’t wet myself!”

    On her eating disorder she suffered in her 20s:

    “I’d pretty much clean out the refrigerator. Food was my drug of choice. It anesthetized me so I wouldn’t have to feel whatever I was feeling. I’d stuff myself full of sugar and fall asleep.”

    “The more roughage you eat, the more it fills you up.”

    On gulping down water:

    “Two huge bottles a day, minimum. I have them around — one upstairs, one in the car — to force me to remember.”

    “Two miles of running or 25 minutes of cardio — boxing, treadmill, step-ups, walking lunges, sprints. I mix it up. And weight training is important as you get older. You build muscle which burns fat when you’re at rest.”
