The mother of two, is very accurate in showing her daughter Kaia, 8, what to eat and how it’s important to have a balanced in order not to feel guilty about indulging yourself from time to time.

    Cindy Crawford with her daughter

The 44-year-old beauty said about her :

“For breakfast, I’ll eat oatmeal and blueberries and enjoy a salad with chicken or shrimp for lunch. At dinner, I’ll serve up fish and vegetables.”

About indulging herself in sweets, Cindy added:

“But I do have a little chocolate mixed in between meals from time to time. I have a daughter, so I eat consciously because I want her to see me eat healthy and not think that she can’t have dessert ever. I think it’s a bad example for her.”

The supermodel turned interior designer says she tries to be good the majority of the time and believes undergoing regular exercise helps maintain her svelte figure.

    She told UsMagazine.com:

“I try to be 80 per cent good, 80 per cent of the time. We all know when we’re blowing it, but as long as you don’t do that all the time…”

She commented on her work out:

“We live in Malibu, so there’s a lot of great hiking there. I work out with a trainer three times a week.”

The 25-year-old star has lost three stone (good for you) and now she feels mich more happy about her appeararnce. There are people who learn to love their curves, body weight just the way they are. But Kelly was never among them.

    Kelly Osbourne's weight loss

Being in and out of rehab three times over the years, Kelly told Us Weekly, Kelly:

“I took more hell for being fat than I did for being an absolute raging drug addict. I will never understand that.”

She also shared how much she was hurt when some obnoxious teenager screamed out a car window to her “You’re fat!”

The 5ft 2in star, who weighed in at 11.5st at her heaviest said:

“I went to my parents [Sharon and Ozzy] bawling, “I would rather be called ugly than be called fat!”‘

The reality show star says that she ‘hated’ herself because of her weight and ‘never wanted to do anything to fix it … For a very long time’.

But after her appearance on Dancing With The Stars, Osbourne has lost three stone the sensible way through eating healthily and exercise.

Last week she revealed that one of her tricks was to eat an apple before bedtime.

She added that she doesn’t hate her look any longer:

“I’m really proud to look in the mirror and not hate every single thing I see.”

    And:

“I no longer think, Why don’t I look like this girl or that girl?”

Looking at her I feel proud because such examples make women go to the aim!

The Girls Aloud singer doesn’t mind her curves as she got used to have them and moreover, she learnt to love her appearance.

    Girls Aloud Kimberley Walsh

The star revealed to Britain’s OK! mag:

“When it’s all like ‘curvy Kimberley’ it could go either way, you could start thinking, are they saying fat? But luckily I’m glad I look the way I do. I’ve always been like that so it’s not exactly a surprise to me!”

But the 28-year-old beauty confesses that she has to to keep an eye on what she eats in order to keep her sexy curves in check.

    She admits:

“If I’m keeping an eye on things I’ll have cereal for breakfast, a salad for lunch with chicken or tuna, and then at night something like fish and broccoli – no carbs.”

She also tones up her body with the help of her trainer as she finds problematic to attend the gym:

“I also have a friend who trains me, otherwise I wouldn’t do it. I used to go to a gym but people would come up when I was running and I’d be like, ‘I can’t physically speak at the moment.’”

On her love for Taco Bell Mexican Pizzas:

“My mom told me she used to eat one every single day when she was pregnant with me. [laughs] I’m like, ‘Mom, you’re the reason I’m totally addicted to Taco Bell!”

On finding ways to work out outside of the gym:

“When I first moved to L.A., I didn’t have a lot of money to join a gym or take classes, so I improvised. My sister and I went to the library and looked over their DVD collection and discovered Neena and Veena, these Egyptian twins who have a whole series of belly dancing routines. We did them all. When you’re shaking your booty, you can’t help but feel beautiful and sexy.”

slimed down quite quickly after giving birth to her first son and became the cover model for the OK! mag March 2010. She gave an exclusive to the magazine to share with her dieting tips she is following right now.

    Kendra Wilkinson and her son

“I’m not going overboard and cutting everything out,” says Kendra of her healthy approach to weight loss.

Here are 10 weight loss tips from :

    1. Breakfast!

“I have strawberry or peach yogurt; cereal and fruit; or a smoothie, so I’m not hungry and I feel energized!”

Eating in the a.m. prevents binging later in the day.

    2. Skip the scale

“Chart your progress with how your clothes fit, not what the number on the scale says.”

    3. Don’t Cut Everything Out At Once

Kendra craved ice cream and pizza in her third trimester. “I can’t just go from that to eating salads. I’m phasing it out, little bit by little bit.”

    4. Keep what you want in mind

Kendra wants to surpass Kim Kardashian’s famous Hollywood booty! She also wants to wear a slinky Hervé Léger dress for hubby Hank Baskett.

    5. Smart snack

“I really like cold, raw vegetables — especially baby carrots.”

Dip them in some hummus or fat-free dressing for a low-cal midday munch.

The wife of Ireland and Celtic football star Robbie, showed off her stunning body wearing a white two-piece just two month after giving birth to their son Robert.

The model and TV presenter insists she neither crash dieted nor hit the gym the moment she left the maternity ward last May.

    Claudine Keane1

Speaking to this week’s Closer magazine, she said:

“I was so overwhelmed with being a mum I didn’t have time to think about my figure. I certainly didn’t crash – it’s so dangerous to starve yourself at a time when you need all your energy and strength to look after your baby, breastfeed and recover from giving birth.”

    She adds:

“My friends warned me not to get on the scales after the birth, as you are still filled with fluid for a long time afterwards and it’s not your real weight, so it’s not fair to put yourself through that. Like any woman, I’m self-critical.”

    Claudine Keane and Robbie

The 26-year-old former Miss Ireland, who has modelled since she was 15, admits there have been times when she’s actually wished she was curvier.

“I am sensitive to the fact some other women struggle more than me to stay slim. When I was a teenager I used to envy my friends who had curvy bodies. I felt embarrassed about my skinny legs and hips.”

Claudine ate healthily and stayed active throughout her with her son.

    She says:

“My gynaecologist told me I shouldn’t eat for two, but nor did I calorie-count. I ate slightly bigger portions of my usual to stop myself being tired, and made lots of fruit smoothies – not for my figure, but to make sure my baby would be healthy.”

She used the products preventing her skin from stretch marks:

has become the Men’s Health Cover man for the March 2010 issue. In the magazine he talks about his Indonesia retreat, staying fit and surfing. Here are the highlights:

Paul Walker for Mens Health March 2010

    On his secluded Indonesian retreat:

“There wasn’t even access from the road; I literally had to bulldoze one. But it’s worth it. This place is one of the most beautiful on earth, if not the most beautiful – especially for the price.”

    On his childhood dreams:

“Ever since I was a kid, I wanted to be a marine biologist. As you go through the grind and the distraction of a career, it’s easy to lose sight of your dreams.”

Paul Walker for Mens Health March 20101

On his passion for helping others:

“It’s not even really about giving back; it’s just what I’m built for.”

    On staying fit:

It’s about keeping as many irons in the fire as you can. There’s no gym out here, so I just do whatever I can to stay physical. It’s condition-dependent; if there’s no surf, I dive or stand-up paddle or canoe-surf or swim, or even do pullups from tree branches if I have to. And of course, there’s surfing.”

Paul Walker for Mens Health March 20102

    On surfing:

“The more you’re under fire, the cooler you are. Fifteen feet is now where I draw the line. But 15 feet is big — you’re on the edge, and the water is only 6 or 7 feet deep until it’s jagged coral. It’s inevitable: I always get cut, on my feet, on my arms, and on my hands. It’s like hitting concrete. And that means you have to be on your game. If you hesitate, you go down hard.”

She was also pondered over the chance of coming back to shoot another Playboy spread:

“At first I thought, ‘Of course, I’d love to show my body off again,’ but I don’t think that would help me grow. I think I need to start a new chapter and move on.”

She also said about her :

“I used to be able to eat and drink anything I wanted – fried chicken, onion rings, half a bottle of wine – then go right to bed. But as you get older your insides rebel against you.”
