Tyra Banks’s New Body Secret
Do you remember the times when Tyra Banks’s weight looked awful? Now she has lost 30 lb and being currently in a good shape! But contrary to the rumors that she was on a strict diet she tells she was not.
“I do not believe in diets. I have been on diets in the past, and they are a bunch of bologna,” she says on The Tyra Show. “This is a lifestyle change. It’s not about being skinny. It’s about getting in the best shape that you can be.”
Here’s what she precisely did:
“I switched up my unhealthy eating habits for healthier eating habits, and I haven’t had a tummy attack since December ‘08,” she says.
Here how she sees it:
“It’s about working with what you’ve got, and knowing, and learning what’s right for your body,” she says.
The model admits that she can still indulge “some BBQ ribs and some ice cream and some Haagen Daaz but just not every second.”
