Karl Lagerfeld has teased us with the video of creation of his new muse Mon Shu girl and now the photos of the collection itself surfaced. The collection includes 17 items including two eyeshadow palettes, two palettes for eyes and cheeks of red shades picked up by fashion guru himself, two false eyelash designs, purple gel eyeliner, lip color in four shades, three nail polishes, Mon Shu nail stickers, makeup tools that include a lash curcler with a Mon Shu girl charm, makeup remover, UV Under Base Mousse and a makeup box.
The packaging comes in metallic, black and red color scheme and features Mon Shu girl on every product. The designer has described his vision of the collection as “eastern, perfect, mysterious, modern beauty” said he wanted to “wanted to invent my personal vision of a Japanese manga”. The designer has also drawn an illustration with Mon Shu girl applying lipstick and will shoot the ad campaign for the line as he does for many of his projects.
The price range for the collection products starts at $27 and goes to over $350. The collection which is due this holiday season will launch in the U.S. in October.
