New OPI Collection Inspired by New York City Ballet
After several celebrity collaborations OPI is to launch yet another collection this time inspired by New York City Ballet. The six pastel hues look soft and sweet including one in silver glitter.

OPI’s new collection is inspired by New York City Ballet and it’s all about pastels. The six hues include pinks, lilac, and grays. There is also one hue infused with glitter in a soft silver hue. OPI Executive VP & Artistic Director, Suzi Weiss-Fischmann said:
OPI is so excited to work with the New York City Ballet. NYCB is rich with artistic history and has a renowned reputation that brings people from around the world to see NYCB performances. The dancers, choreography and costumes provided a wealth of inspiration for a range of soft, feminine hues. The beige, pink, and white lacquers bring to mind classic ballet slippers, tutus and leotards, while the sheer lilac and gray add muted color to ballet’s traditional pink.
The OPI New York City Ballet collection includes Barre My Soul in beige, Don’t Touch My Tutu! in white, Pirouette My Whistle in silver glitter, You Callin’ Me a Lyre? in pastel pink, Care to Danse? in lilac, and My Pointe Exactly in pastel gray. The collection will be available in April.
