American Armenian celebutante Kourtney Kardashian doesn’t have time to go for a gym, however she unveils that her baby son is the best trainer she ever had. Her half-year-old son Mason ‘helps’ her keeping her fit as the daily workouts she has with him can’t be compared with anything else.

“My fitness regimen is basically non-existent right now. Although taking care of Mason keeps me very active, and I do take him on walks. I do jumping squats while holding Mason and he laughs so hard when I jump with him. I only do like three a day though.”

“I drink lots of water and get eight hours or more of sleep if I can. Curling my eyelashes really opens up my eyes and is a quick and easy fix.”

Kourtney Kardashian commented it:

“I would say a lack of sleep is a cause for feeling not so beautiful. On those days, I try to drink lots of water and put on the biggest sunglasses I can find.”
