The NBA basketball player Dwight Howard graces the cover of the Men’s Health issue April 2010. The muscles and biceps of his are the long time work out result! But keeping going to the top he doesn’t stop laughing:

“I’ve been playing with a smile on my face since I was 3,” Howard says. “People keep saying it looks like I’m having too much fun. And I say, ‘Yes, I am.’ And it should be that way. I guess that can make me a little hard to understand.”
Dwight tells about his trainings, workouts as well as his performance coach, Bryan Meyer, shares what he did to push him to go forward.
“The first questions people ask about Dwight are, ‘How much does he bench? What’s his shoulder workout?’ I couldn’t care less. The key to explosive sports isn’t blasting off; it’s learning how to hit the brakes.”

The Men’s Health April 2010 issue about the Defensive Player of the Year crown in 2009, three selections to the All-Star Team, an NBA Slam Dunk title, and a gold medal at the 2008 Beijing Olympics hits newsstands today, March 16.
