Cameron Diaz keeps working out. Probably she is very active. Along with filming she does a lot and she always keeps her body toned-up. No wonder! For example, the actress was spotted in her bikini in the Caribbean doing a strenuous yoga session.

The 37-year-old beauty easily balanced on one leg and held herself in the plank position and then pushed-up.
“I hike, snowboard and surf,” she said. “I admit I do hire a personal trainer as well, but for me working out is a big part of keeping mind and body together.”
She also said about her diet:
“I used to be able to eat and drink anything I wanted – fried chicken, onion rings, half a bottle of wine – then go right to bed. But as you get older your insides rebel against you.”

Miss Diaz recently told how she has taken up yoga and trains three times a week with an expert. Other celebrity practitioners of yoga include Angelina Jolie, Uma Thurman and Madonna.
The model-turned-actress is in the Caribbean shooting Knight And Day, in which she stars alongside Tom Cruise.
Last week they were back to work in California where they were seen filming on a fishing jetty, with Cruise running up and down before appearing to collapse in Diaz’s arms.
So, she must have strong arms.
