Breastfeeding Keeps Up Women’s Health
Scientists declared that breastfeeding is very important for women to keep their health.
Those who breastfeed for at least a year can decrease the risk of health problems including mastopathy, heart attack, heart disease and stroke by 10% compared to those who don’t, according to a US study.
Some of them even say that if a woman breastfeed for one month she can prevent herself somehow form the diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol.
The scientists from the University of Pittsburg studied about 140,000 post-menopausal women. On average these women last breastfed thirty five yeas ago but nevertheless it suggested long-lasting health advantages.
One of the study’s authors, Dr Eleanor Bimla Schwarz, said:
“Heart disease is one of the leading causes of death for women, so it’s vitally important to know what we can do to protect ourselves. We have known for years that breastfeeding is important for babies’ health, we now know that it is important for mothers’ health as well.”
Probably it’s true, because it prolongs the youth and beauty when breastfeeding as you give the live to a new life.
