Milan Fashion Week Spring 2014 Beauty
It was very interesting in terms of hair especially as the designers had models wear bouffant hair, retro waves, ponytails, and chic updos. At Dolce & Gabbana models wore beautiful head pieces and flower wreaths, while at Alberta Ferretti hairstylists offered another gorgeous way to sport a romantic braid.
Deep side part was all over runway except when hair was slicked back which we saw at London shows. Emilio Pucci and Fausto Puglisi offer the daring tousled side part while at Frankie Morello the models wore well-defined side part.
Blugirl Spring 2014
Beautiful retro waves could be seen at Krizia while at Simonetta Ravizza models showed absolutely straight luschious hair. An unusual hairdo was at Emporio Armani. The models wore hair pins with their hair braided around them, it looked very original.
In terms of makeup, black eyeliner ruled the ball. Besides drawing flawless winged lines makeup artists smudged it under the eyes and applied it to waterline. Orange lipstick couldn’t stay away from Milan runways too and was seen at Dsquared2 where models also wore bouffant hair and winged makeup.
Dsquared2 Spring 2014
Amazing makeup was seen at Gucci, Genny, and Cividini. Antonio Marras and Prada went for bold makeup while Aigner showed unseasonably golden lips.
There were metallic and neutral manis as well as bright and dark painted tips. Long big nails seem to be a thing as the models sported them at Dsquared2 and at House of Holland in London.
