We’ve lately met Harry Potter stars on the premiere of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 in London. But it was Emma Watson who stole the limelight. And no wonder 22-year-old Harry Potter star Emma Watson looks absolutely incredible. Read on for Hermione’s toned body secrets.
Emma admits that it is intensive, sometimes even exhaustive workouts that help her to keep in shape. Besides working out for 4 hours a day, Emma is reported to stick to hiking, walking and (!) playing hockey.
As for her nutrition plan Emma complains that she has to count the calories of everything she puts in her mouth. Moreover Harry Potter star avoids eating junk food, opting for whole grains, lean proteins and unsaturated fats. And as a result she gets toned slim body; therefore I guess all her tortures are worthwhile.
By the way Daniel Radcliffe, better-known as Harry Potter, can also boast his toned body. Maybe it is quite difficult to discern watching him playing Harry, but Daniel’s theatrical roles clearly indicate his body is enviably hot. As for the nutrition plan, Daniel sticks to a healthy diet, including raw veg, fruit as well as lean meat and dairy.
