This gorgeous 46-year-old supermodel admits of being a simple diet plan follower. No complicated weight loss plans, or exhaustive workouts, just simple nutrition rules and jogging help Cindy to stay in shape.
With chocolate, you eat only dark. I never dieted, but I’d go off white food for three days — no pasta, rice, sugar, or flour. I’m running around with kids and volunteering at school. I can’t be bothered with complicated diets and weight plans.
In contrast to Cindy Crawford, Elle Macpherson uses more efforts to stay in shape. “The Body” tries to do at least an hour of physical activity, whether it is biking, jogging, swimming or yoga daily. To stimulate herself to working out every day, Elle always asks herself:

I did kung fu up until two weeks before Benjamin was born, and yoga three days a week. I think a lot of people get pregnant and decide they can turn into garbage disposals. I was mindful about what I ate, and I gained only 30 pounds. I think it’s muscle memory.
The 38-year-old supermodel and mother of four is a fan of running. Besides, she works out with a celebrated trainer David Kirsch. But physical activity is not the only thing that helps her to stay in shape. Heidi believes it is healthy and sound sleep makes her look young.
I go to bed at 8:30 most nights.
