How to Motivate Yourself to Workout
I often read about women wanting trim figure without exercising and eating healthy food. But what about an effort? Other things require our efforts such as money or more spiritual things like marriage. So why a figure should not be on the list of things we put our efforts into? Well, it depends on whether or not you are comfortable in your skin. If not, then learn how to motivate yourself to workout!
You know what? ‘Workout’ sounds scary. It does. If physical training, sports and fitness are not your cup of tea it all seems tough, boring and quite annoying. But, on the other hand, should you stick with less saturated and trans fats in your diet you will only have to do three big exercises for 30 minutes per day and stay fit. Is it too much? I doubt so.
Set a Goal
Just like in any achievement you should set a goal first. Want a trim figure? Go for it. Change your meal plan cut on sugar, junk food, and alcohol. Get an equipment for gym or get a gym. No time for that? Get a jump rope, dumbbells and a hula hoop. Anything is possible if you want it.
Plan your meals, workout and stick to it. No excuses! Eat five small meals or three big meals a day but do it regularly to keep your metabolism working. Don’t skip meals or training. Do 30-40 min of high-intensity workout, get a snack and rest with your conscience clean.
Get a Workout Buddy
If you can’t workout alone then find a partner or sign in to some fitness program with a group of people. Make a competition or simply workout in the company of highly motivated people. This will help you stay on track and make workout less stressful for you.
Cardio You Heart
We’ve mentioned it before and we’ll say it again. You should heart your cardio. Whether it is running, jumping with rope or dancing you should enjoy it. This will help you to look forward to your workout and make it more pleasing. But why cardio’s important you ask? Well, it helps burn calories, which aids losing weight. It strengthens your heart and reduces high blood pressure and cholesterol. It also helps eliminate stress and aids sleep. However, cardio only will not help you lose weight. See the next point.
Weight Lifting for Effective Weight Loss
How to motivate yourself to weight-lifting? Well, do you want to lose weight? Or better say, do you want to look good? Like bikini-good? Thing is that weight-lifting helps train our muscles. When we lose weight we should make sure we lose fat, not water, not muscle especially. So if you really want to lose weight effectively find a professional and start with light weights.
Change Up Your Workout Plan
When you’ve build a workout habit change your workout routine regularly to keep your interest in it as well as involve other muscles into work. Try new things and work on your whole body rather than some separate body parts. Make your workout routine exciting and less stressful for yourself but don’t give it up.
No matter what you do, build a habit of working out. People are getting used to everything. So will you get used to having breakfast, for training every day and your new slim curvy figure. Workout is great especially if you have a sedentary lifestyle. It eliminates back and joint pains. It also energizes and helps you stay brisk the whole day.
