How to get Halle Berry’s shape?
I bet everyone has thought over how 43-year-old mommy Halle Berry succeeds in keeping such shape at least once. The image of her stepping out the sea in the Bond movie Die Another Day is one of cinema’s iconic images. But it was 8 years ago! And now she is already 43 and has a 2-year-old daughter. But in spite of it Halle Berry looks the same: fit and hot! It seems to me that time has no power over her…

After seeing the photo of Halle Berry rocking a bikini on the beach with daughter Nahla, I had to find out the secret of Halle Berry’s perfect shape at any cost… And I did it! Now I’d like to share the collected information with you. Halle’s trainer, Ramona Braganza told that it’s all about the squat thrust. She says that the move is
an all-over fat-blasting exercise because it uses the large muscles of the legs, back and chest and raises your heart rate to keep your metabolism revved up.

If you don’t know how to do this exercise (the squat thrust), follow these tips:
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, and then bend knees and squat down. Put your hands on the ground on either side of feet.
- Then transfer your weight from your feet to your hands as you simultaneously jump back into a plank position.
- After it’s better to hold for a second, then jump back into a squat position and return to standing position. For added calorie burn, jump straight up to complete the exercise.
Repeat 10 times.
