Gorgeous Summer Glau Workout Tips
Summer Glau is my favorite actress. In fact she is more than just an actress. She is extremely talented and beautiful, graceful and modest. She is also a ballet dancer. Have I already said how talented she is? Well, I could go on and on about my infinite love for Summer but I guess those of you who share my love for her understand that and others wonder how she keeps her lean figure.
When Summer Glau was five she started her ballet classes at home as her mother was training her. According to Glau she didn’t have the body to go to the next level so she headed to LA. There she had her first role as Prima Ballerina in Joss Whedon’s ‘Angel’ which gave her a great start of an acting career.
Summer Glau has posed for Esquire March 2011 issue and you can see she looks fantastic. Her workout consists of weight training, jazz dance classes, yoga and short at home workouts.

Glau told to Women’s Health in 2008. To keep her muscles working Summer Glau constantly changes her workout routine from dancing to spinning to gliding.
Summer Glau also thinks rest is important.
If 20 minutes is all you’ve got, don’t beat yourself up about it. Just do three different exercises until you’re exhausted. The important thing is to get your heart rate up. If I don’t get sweaty, I don’t feel like I’ve worked out.
She also cherishes the power of sleep.
Sleep is the most important thing you can do for yourself. People tend to gain weight when they don’t get enough rest. Plus, your body doesn’t get the repair time it needs.
The more I read about how to keep your figure slim, toned and fit all you have to do is burn the calories you consume. Healthy diet is another key. You know it, I know it, everyone knows it but those who really do it are really slim and fit.
