Delicate Talk About Delicate Zones
We can spend hours talking about hair care, dieting with the friend but delicate-body-parts-care-theme we feel uncomfortably to discuss. Let’s make a clean breast of it!?
The notion of intimate hygiene is rooted to the remote past. There is no wonder about that, because women had always cared “there” – zone to be clean, fresh and comfortable. For example, Cleopatra used to milk baths and herbal decoctions that prevented her from different infections. Later on, a soap was invented that was considered to be a luxury only rich people could afford.
However, the history holds back the descriptions of effects and aftereffects of making one’s toilet. This theme was touched just in the middle of XXth century. The specialists took a serious research if soapsubs were harmless for the delicate areas. The first products with “intimate hygiene” marks appeared around 60s-70s. As a matter of fact it was ordinary liquid soap enriched with natural oils and herbal extracts. It was a boff.
Nowadays, almost every cosmetic brand has a range of intimate hygiene products. It includes creams, gels, deodorants, tissues of every sort and kind. Sexual hygiene cosmetics hold a definite step. I’m talking about so called gels-lubricants that are used at the most intimate situations. And all this variety is no longer a luxury but everyday life.
Let’s make it clear…
The acid-base balance changing of the genital organs can be caused by the following factors:
- Swimming in the swimming pools with chlorinated water or in the seas or rivers;
- Intensive work outs;
- Synthetic fibre underwear or tight clothes;
- Every-day-use of sanitary pads;
- Pancreatic diabetes;
Normal female flora of the genitals consists of the huge amount of microorganisms that live pretty friendly with each other. Lactobacteria are one of the microorganisms that work out lactic acid building up the strong protective barrier to a vagina and blocking lots of vaginal infections outburst. If the balance is broken, it gives a “green light” to the microbes leading to serious inflammations.
Acid-base balance disturbance can be provoked by a great number of factors such as: taking of contraceptive, syringing, antibiotics, intimacy, hormone imbalance, period, pregnancy, lactation, too-tight-cloths-wearing, and also stress and chronic diseases. As a result, amount of lactobacteria drops and outer infection overcomes the protective barrier in a romp.
One starts feeling herself very uncomfortable at the delicate places: redness, itch, burning. First of all, you should consult your gynecologist if having something like that and test for the possible vaginal infectious diseases.
But in order to secure yourself against these symptoms, take a careful choice when trying the intimate hygiene products.
