Aside her gym workout Jessica likes walking and running with her two dogs, which not only helps her burn calories but also keep fresh and clearheaded. So if you want to stay fit and you have pets to care after, why not combine the two pleasures?
Jessica Biel doesn’t like monotony. It also applies to her workout so she does yoga, weight training session and some dancing or playing tennis or volleyball on weekends. Yoga keeps her body flexible while weight training session helps her being strong. Mix training or how it’s also called, cross-training is great for your body since various fitness sessions involve different muscles in your body. In order to look great you need to mix diet, exercise, and physical therapy. Don’t pay attention to only one part of your body you want to change. Instead if you tone up different muscles, the body responds accordingly, it gets fit everywhere.
Want a perfectly-sculpted butt? Do lunges, lunges and some more lunges. Jessica Biel does walking lunges and multidirectional lunges. Jason Walsh Biel’s trainer recommends walking lunges for beginners – 15 to 20 lunges per leg, 2 or 4 sets.
To get arms like Jessica Biel’s you have to learn a special training she does. Stay and hold helps Jessica sculpt her arms. Jason Wlash sets different planks for hold the position. First 30 seconds hold your chest a bit above the ground, take a 30 seconds break. Then rise halfway up from the initial plank and hold for 30 seconds more, another 30 seconds break. And lower second plank down a quarter, hold for another 30 seconds. If you’re a beginner start with 5 seconds and then gradually increase time up to 30 seconds.
Running is not necessary for cardio. You can use Jason Walsh’s high-intensity cardio circuit instead like Jessica Biel does. Do running in place, squat jumps, or jumping jacks or choose other heart-boosting exercises, choose 3 to 5. Do each exercise for 30 seconds with the 30 second-breaks for rest. Rest for minute and a half and repeat the circuit 3 to 5 times.
It’s also important to rest and recover. A week off won’t be bad if you don’t fall on food and other such behavior. Rather get massage and rest and you’ll see how your body will change, as the muscles change when they rest and recover.
