Jennifer Aniston’s main secret is that she does everything for fun and has a diverse fitness program which keeps her interested and involves different muscles. She likes to dance, swim, do yoga, and crunch. Aniston swims freestyle three times a week for 20 or 40 minutes.
Jennifer Aniston says she works out every day. Fitness experts though would disagree with this approach as your muscles need time to rest and recover.
In order to diversify your yoga routine Aniston advices adding martial arts to it in form of Budokon, science of movement. Jennifer Aniston says it’s also so much fun.

As we mentioned before Jen likes to do different things every day so her workout plan is less strict and more fun. First she either uses treadmill or runs outdoors. Then she does yoga for hour and a half and does interval training on treadmill or the elliptical trainer for 20 minutes.
This may be completed with dancing, swimming, spinning, pilates, sit-ups and free weights. To tone her arms Jennifer Aniston uses 3 to 5 pound dumbbells and does high reps.
Jenifer Aniston was on a Zone Diet for a long time. Now she follows high-protein, low-carb diet. She says it’s all about balance.
