Agua Fresca is a popular drink in Mexico and it comes in a variety of flavors including refreshing melon, strawberry, and pineapple. A watermelon is a great choice for the drink as it is pretty sweet and water-y. Mix with lemon juice for a zesty touch and dilute with seltzer water. Add tequilla if you want a refreshing alcoholic cocktail for your summer party.
