Pink Is Shape’s November 2012 Cover Star
Pink covers November 2012 issue of Shape magazine looking fit and happy. The athletic singer took some time for herself before returning to workout with celebrity trainers Jillian Michaels and Jeanette Jenkins and lose post pregnancy weight.
They both kicked my butt more than any other person I’ve worked out with. The’re both amazing, and their bodies were all the inspiration I needed to get back into shape.
The star’s workout was different every day and included cardio and strength training as well as power yoga, interval treadmill routines, and kickboxing. Pink also revealed that she likes wine and takes online lessons to learn about grape sorts and dreams to have a winery some day.
The singer also revealed that the three healthy foods that are always included in her diet are cous cous, broccoli, and salmon.
