Jennifer Love Hewitt For Shape March 2013
Jennifer Love Hewitt Covers Shape Magazine
Jennifer Love Hewitt poses for Shape March 2013 in a printed pink and white bikini looking well, in shape. The Client List star talks about workout and beauty essentials now that she’s in her 30s.
When life hits you so hard—whether someone you care for dies or your lover leaves you—working out can save your life. It certainly saved mine,
the star referred to the loss of her mom.
On beauty essentials: “As I’m getting older I’m definitely realizing that less makeup and more moisturizer is a really big thing for me in my life. People tend to go ‘Oh you look very fresh and rested today.”
On keeping fit: “When you start to get fit and when you start to go down in weight you’re like ‘Oh, I’ve got this and this is great. And the joke is on you at that point because that’s not how the body works. The body really does respond to what you put into it, how much you put into it workout-wise, food-wise, sleep-wise, everything. And I find when I’m rested and I’m working out and I’m drinking a lot of water I feel better and so I look better, I don’t want to lose that feeling so I try not to go backwards.”
On watching her weight: “I never look at a scale. I have no idea how much I weigh. I never pay attention to that stuff. I go sort of on how I feel in my clothes. And that’s what’s important to me. And if I feel good in them then I’m happy and it doesn’t really matter what anybody else thinks.”
In her Shape editorial Hewitt also shares her lifestyle and her favorite body-sculpting moves.
