The fit chef says that she doesn’t eat ‘a lot of anything’ but would rather eat everything but ‘a little bit of everything’. She also does yoga four days a week and snacks on healthy foods like raw almonds and frozen grapes.

On getting help with throwing a party: “I find the things that I know people around me are good at and enjoy doing, and that’s what I have them do.”
On getting dressed up while cooking for guests: “There’s something elegant yet comfortable about a dress. A lot of times I’ll wear something printed so it disguises anything on me.”
