Ashley Greene Shares Fitness Secrets With Shape
Ashley Greene is on the cover of Shape’s April 2016 issue and she looks fantastic. The Twilight star talks about her diet and training and shares her health goals. Posing in swimsuits and crop tops you won’t be surprised she mainly eats fish, chicken, and veggies. She even substitutes pasta and mashed potatoes for squash and cauliflower. Her vices though are cheese, grits, and wine with chocolate.
For training she’d doing intense climbing that is a full-body cardio routine, heavy lifting, and kickboxing.
She also says that she gives herself a break and like to go outdoors to clear her mind. She also tries to be a morning person to make sure she works out and to eat healthy for energy allowing herself occasional treats.
