How to get yourself into order if there is only one week left before the giant party?
Early winter is quite a complicated time for an organism. Some of you have already had an illness and flu. All the taken drugs have effected the face skin well hopefully.
And the end of the year is a real hassle. But one who gets angered often – advances in age quickly, proved by the scientists. Nervous disorders influence the skin condition immediately. But what can you do to become irresistible up to the holidays (at least for the New Year party)?
The course of special procedures can help you to relax: warm bath with coniferous extract, lavender, and sea salt. The water shouldn’t be very hot, the time of the bath is 10-15 minutes 3 times per week.
If baths are contra-indicated to you, then you can take soothing herbal teas: valerian, mint, sweet-Mary and peony, or polysaturated acids. Polyvitamins with tocopherol (vitamin E) are great as well. Pure water with lemon goes well too.
Light peeling will bring freshness and radiance to your skin. Simple face masks can be done at home easily.
Oats scrub: for dry and normal skin.
Grind 1 tea spoon rolled oats, add 2 tbsp olive oil and apply the mask onto the skin. Rinse off with warm water.
Coffee scrub: for dry skin.
Mix up 1 tea spoon ground coffee with low-fat cream. Massage the face skin with the gruel. Then rinse off with warm water.
Do some masks after scrubbing and put on the cream matching your skin type.
Make a a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year present to your nails as well.
Prepare a bath of warmed up olive oil and 3-5 drops of iodine for them. Put the nails down in there for 15 min, then wipe them dry and stay away from water for a couple of hours. Take the procedure twice a week.
One more effective procedure for the nails:
Cut a lemon into two halves and stuck your nails into them for 10 minutes. Practice this nail mask in a day for two weeks.
Use concealer to shade away under-eyes-circles. If there is none, then use a foundation. If the blue shadows under your eyes are too evident, take the concealer with the thick texture. But if the under-eyes-“bruises” are scarcely seen or you are mimic, with some wrinkles, then the creamy texture should be much lighter. Don’t rub the concealer around the eyes, but barely touch it with your finger-pads.
In order not to attract extra attention to the dark circles under your eyes, steer clear of the bright mascara or avoid any. But if you need to mascara the eye lashes, use the brown one.
Apply a very light or light-reflecting powder onto the inner eye corners in the direction to the brows.
If you shade the dark powder under the cheekbones carefully, it will make the same visual effect as liposuction. Also put a bit of it on to the temple and chin. Light powder will be just right to evade the mask effect. The color should be smooth all around including ears, neck and face all together.
