How to Get Rid of Pimples
Thousands of people suffer from this problem. Pimples spoil the lives of both sexes. They deprive people of good looking and develop repulsive appearance.

What causes pimples?
Everything starts when we reach the pubescence period. At this age an organism stimulates workout of sex hormones thus causing the sebaceous glands activity. Sebum corks up the pores and we get, so called, comedo. Due to this camedo, sebum is blocked to the surface, though sebum keeps working out pace. As a result, there appear some bacteria in the corked follicle (it’s a hair “root” or hair bulb).
Vital activity of bacteria leads to the inflammation and even to follicle rupture. To conquer the battle against inflammation, the white blood cells rush to be at the enemy. They devour the harmful bacteria and their “waste products”, but die either making pus.
There are also the pimple problems that are caused by soothing much more serious than just a skin inflammation. For example, bowels imbalance can be a pimple problem reason. So, once again! Watch your meals! Stint yourself in sweets and fat food or remove those from your ration completely, at least for several weeks. Substitute coffee and black tea for green tea and fresh juice.
I understand that sometimes you simply cannot afford to buy juice every day, but feel free to squeeze it from everything you have in your fridge – carrot, beet, whatever… Vegetable juice is extremely wholesome, thanks to the great variety of vitamins it contains. Cultured milk products eliminate the bowels imbalance easily – 0.5 glass of kefir in the morning will make your intestine work properly. Eat fruit (fresh and dry), vegetables, hot cereals as they are rich in dietary fiber.
Mercilessly erasing the pimples we traumatize the skin. Confess yourself the fact that you scarcely wash your face, hands and rub the pimple you want to press out with alcohol before this “procedure”. Am I right? Squeezing out the pimples, you risk infecting the wound that leads to serious consequences. Thus, press out the pimples only with clean hands and cauterize the area with alcohol to farewell with bacteria. Now all you have to do is to prevent the new pimples appearance by precise skin care.

Here are also some home made cosmetology measures to be taken against pimples:
Begin your morning with a glass of cool water. Drink it on an empty stomach to clear the body of chemical waste amassed by the night. It’ll tone you up.
Add some lemon juice into the water you wash with. Such a mix nourishes and cleans the skin. Just be careful. Don’t overdo with it. The mixture must be very weak to keep the skin far from overdryness.
Rub your skin with ice cube in the mornings. You can use ordinary frozen water, though it’s much better to try some camomile decoction, for instance.
Facial masks help to keep your pimples off.
- Take tomato or cucumbers, slice them and put onto the skin for 10-15 minutes.
- Mix up 1 grated carrot with curb, stir them and apply to the face for 10 min. Rinse the mask off with warm water.
- Brew the rolled oats, cool and put onto the skin for 15-20 min.
Try to follow these easy recommendations. Don’t quit! Real results appear in some long terms, but if you quit, you’ll never see them.
