Face Masks for Aging Skin
That is a true dream to have always young skin! Women of all ages have been searching for the elixir of everlasting beauty! When you are young you don’t pay any attention to the words your mother says about her aging. But when you grow elder you understand what she talked about. In fact aging captures every woman and you surely can’t block it. But what is really in your power is to prolong the smooth-skin-time.
Here you’ll find some homemade masks to support the skin for women after 40.
Note: the best time for the application of masks or any other cosmetic procedures is 10 – 12 a.m., 4-6 p.m. and 10-11 p.m.
Lotion for dry aging skin
Take 2 tbsp poppy petals and pour it with 200 ml. of boiling water. Let it draw for a few hours and then filter. Ointment with this lotion is very useful for wrinkled skin.
Vegetable marrow mask
Take 1 teaspoon vegetable marrow juice and add pulverized yolk, mix everything and put on the face for 15 minutes. Take the mask away with the wad wetted in warm water. Then rinse the face with cold water.
Put slices of vegetable marrow on the face and keep for 20 minutes. Then wash the face with milk.
Grape juice and milk mask
Mix in equal parts of grape juice and raw milk (approximately in ¼ glass). Wet layer of cotton wool in the mixture and put it on the face. Cover the mask with a bath towel. In 15-20 minutes take the mask away and apply a nourishing cream on.
Grate celery root and mix with grated apple. Add some oat flour for thickening. Put the mask on the face and keep for 15 minutes. Then wash the face with the decoction from leaves and root of celery.
Pour 1 teaspoon warm vegetable oil into the stiffly frothed egg yolk stirring it slowly constantly. Add the ½ teaspoon water and lemon juice. Apply the mixture on the face skin in 2-3 layers and leave until it dries out. Take the mask off by the warm water wetted wad. Then rinse the face with cool water. Use this mask 1-2 times a week during 4-6 weeks. Then it can be repeated in 2-3 months.
Take 1 egg white, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 lemon rind grind to powder, 2 teaspoons rolled oats. Beat up the egg white first. Then add the lemon juice, rind and finally the rolled oats. Put the mixture on the face skin for 15 minutes. Remove it by a warm compress. Rinse the face with fresh water.
Cottage cheese mask
Smash 3 tbsp cottage cheese with ½ teaspoons salt and 1 teaspoon honey. Apply it on the face. When it dries out take if off massaging the skin tenderly. This mask improves the blood circulation.
Anti – wrinkles mask
Mix 1 tbsp rye flour with strong tea or milk to form a paste. Then add 1 egg yolk. Put the mixture on the face skin. Wait for 15 minutes and rinse it off.
Grate 0.5 carrots, 0.5 apples and add 1 tbsp cottage cheese. Stir all the ingredients and apply the mixture to the skin. Keep it there for 15 minutes. Then rinse well.
