Dame Vivienne is on your middle finger (actually, in place), Karl Lagerfeld is on your ring finger, while Giorgio Armani holds the index finger and your pinkie is occupied by Donatella Versace, your thumb goes to Alber Elbaz. And it’s only one hand!
