Highlights from London Fashion Week Manicures
While London Fashion Week is officially over now, we continue to get inspired from the beauty displayed on the runway. Today we are going to discover the incredible nail art, which was presented during the London Fashion Week!
Best of London Fashion Week Nails
Well, the nail art side of the fashion life during the London Fashion Week doesn’t seem to be very bright. Most of the brands, which presented their styles chose neutral to crème hues, while only few decided to go for nail art.
There were few that opted for black nail polish, with some extravagant insertion. Aminaka Wilmont, for instance went for the shimmery black pearl shine, while Moschino Cheap&Chic opted for smooth leather black, with a neon pink insertion.
Emilio de la Moreno
There were also some creamy hues, presented by Emilio de la Moreno, which opted for the cloudy grey crème nail lacquer. L’Wren Scott made her statement with dark lilac nail color, while Jean Pierre Braganza went for a bolder look with muddy blueberry blue hue.
Another crème nail polish is found on the hand of a model from Issa, who wears it in dark mustard color upon the sweater with prints.
The most striking nail art was presented at the Ekaterina Kukhareva catwalk, where there were such bright examples, as seen above. The crème light purple with royal purple triangles are certainly very extravagant.
Apart from crème colors, there were also some neons, both presented by PPQ went dramatic in elegant black with neon green nails and neon reds.
Of course, what fashion show would be without royal red color! The red hue was present in several different variations by different designers. There was burgundy red of Burbery Prorsum, the glitter red with silver Moon manicure by Clements Ribeiro. There were also polka dot red from Sass&Bide.
As you can see, the nail art was not very exciting, but at least their collections were!
