Take Soothing Bath

There is nothing better for your body as well as mind than to relax in a warm bath for 10-15 minutes. Make your tub soothing and aromatic yourself! For instance you can easily make vanilla-orange one. Blend a yogurt with a spoon of honey and add vanilla seeds, then squeeze several drops of orange juice and pour out derived mixture in your bath. After this aroma procedure your skin will be incredibly delicate and no doubt it will help to keep balance of your mind.

Contrast Shower

When it is cold outside, one can hardly keep from staying in warm and comfy bed. Are you so drowsy that dropping off to sleep while cleaning your teeth in the morning? Then the following piece of advice is especially for you. When you take a shower in the morning it’s better to turn on cold and warm water alternately. This contrast shower not only enhances color of your skin and makes it more elastic, but also helps to improve your metabolism. And after such washdown you will feel chipper in 5 minutes!
